Just a suggestion: there are music video compilations that exist on dvd (possibly on vhs too) that feature the videos from Madoona (sic), Whitney and Mariah that you're interested in. It might be better to check the videos out for yourself than ask for descriptions.

You want a description of every video? Well shucks, I should have paid more attention to her on VH1C. I like 1980's Madonna alright, and I know of a lot of those videos pretty well, but my descriptions would probably suck.

Update your Windows Media Player, or download Kazaa Lite.

You'll be able to find lots of music videos of Madonna at Kazaa Lite. I downloaded tons of music videos of hers months ago and have quite a collection on VCD. I would describe all the videos I've seen, but it would take me a long time to describe every detail in all of them.

What about the "Justify My Love" video, I've never seen the uncensored version since it was used to be on Video Jukebox back in the early 90's. Does Kazza Lite has the uncensored video?

From what I could tell from the music video, it looks like the uncensored version.
But, I'm not totally sure. It looked like the video showed part of a breast at one point, but it was only for a second.

Okay, I'll give the descriptions, only because right now, I have nothing better to do with my time. :p

1. Holiday

This is a video of a concert. Madonna is wearing a black and white polka dot shirt and white pants that look a bit like bell bottoms with the same polka dot design on the flair I guess you could say on the pantleg. Just an average concert showing dancers onstage dancing and the crowd screaming and cheering. She lets the audience sing some of the song, you know, get the audience involved with the performance somehow. Changes some lyrics for the concert. One line: If we took a holiday, everything would be okay.

2. This Used To Be My Playground

This video is the simplest one I've seen of hers. It just consists of a guy flipping through a photo album and there are pictures of Madonna on each page showing her lip synching the song.

3. Frozen

This video consists of first a scene of Madonna dressed in black with black hair standing near water, I think. The wind is blowing her her hair around. The same with the black dress and I guess, cloak she's wearing. There was a cool scene where when the dress hit the sand it changed into crows or blackbirds, can't tell, and they flew away. I swear, she looks so pale in this video, she looks a bit like Marilyn Manson. (Not nice commentary, is it?)
:D
It ends by her lying in the sand or on a walkway near the water.

4. The Power Of Goodbye

Madonna's look is similar to the Frozen video. It first shows a scene of water like the ocean or something. Madonna has black shoulder length hair. It shows her playing chess with some guy. She takes her hand and knocks off all the peices off the board onto the floor. Then, her and this guy do a kissing scene. She breaks away and looks out a window. Then, there's a scene where she's walking along the beach and she's holding her head in her hands.

5. Justify my Love
Madonna is walking down a hall and collapses in front of a guy going to her and they do a kissing scene. The video shows a lot of sexuality. The video was actually banned I heard somewhere from MTV. I'll just leave it at that.

6. Tell Me
This, I think, is a cool video. Madonna is dressed in a checked shirt and blue jeans, boots and a hat. She is walking down a road, head down a truck passes by. She looks up, hat is gone.
Some other guys dressed in a western outfit do some dancing. One scene she picks up sand and lets it fall through her fingers. There's a scene where all of them, Madonna and the other guys do a scene dancing together. It's a pretty cool video.

Scene cuts back to her walking along the highway and then to a guy attempting to rope a cattle and then Madonna walking down the highway again. Ends with a guy falling off his horse or bull, couldn't tell what it was.

American Pie

Scene shows American flag and Madonna lifts it up and gets onstage. She's dressed in a blue shirt and jeans.
Some scenes she has a crown or something in her hair, other scenes nothing in her hair. Her hair is light brown and looks wavy. Her pants keep falling down in this video and there are scenes of her pulling them up. It ends with her pulling up her pants and sitting in a chair in front of the flag.

Into The Groove

Basically scenes from Desperately Seeking Susan.

Rain

Madonna has her hair cut short in this one and her hair is black. She is singing into a microphone. Bright lights are shining on her making her appear pale. There is one scene where she is standing and rain or something made to look like rain, mist, water, is falling on her. They make the lights really bright for the here comes the sun line.

Scenes showing thunder and lightning with her in front of the scene. Turning on of a shower and changes scene to showing rain falling onto stage on Madonna.

I'd describe more videos, but I'm getting tired of typing all the descriptions. I'll post more some other time.

Is "Justify my love" the one where she says "Tell me your secrets to a man and it is in black and white and she is kissing him and doing erotic stuff on a bed? And is "Dress You Up" the one where she sees a two men puttting on makeup on each other and she smiles? It is also in black and white.

Why doesn't she just sing the songs? I heard that Britney Spears does this too for her performance. That is the same thing that got Milli Vanilli in trouble. And it looks like Janet Jackson lip synchs in her videos.

for most music videos, the artists are lipsynching to a pre-recorded album track of the video. I don't see any issues with it. Now I do see the problem with singing LIVE, but it's better to perform to the album version in a video because you're trying to sell your cd, and I know people get ticked when they buy a cd and the version on the album is not what they're familiar with. I know Jewel's first album was a big culprit of such a thing.

In Janet Jackson's video, Rhythm Nation, the album version sounded way better. I loved the album version. I enjoy the cassette album more than the video. The album's song is longer and has a better sound.
