in the hpuse guest and other episodes, they mention a John boy...is he from another show, maybe the Waltons or something?....I a;lways laugh when JJ says, "good night John boy", but don't know why....

At the end of the Waltons they would show the outside of the house and everybody would say goodnight to each other has their bedroom lights went out. I was corny then as it is now!
