The quote unquote "song" is called Work It quote unquote. Or it might be the Girlfriend remix by Nsync featuring Nelly quote unquote.

it is probably the remix to Work It. I hear that on top 40 a lot when I have it on. Does it sample AC/DC's Back In Black? if it does, it's Work It (Remix). Girlfriend was a hit too but I haven't heard it since it was current
