What is the name of this episode? I think it was in the 3RD season,
When Redd Foxx temporarily left the show Grady moved in. He gets 2 social security checks and doesn`t want to give 1 back. He wants to keep it and go to Vegas.
I can`t find this listed anywhere, but I remember it.

......is at the end when Grady rationalizes his actions of keeping the extra checks, something like:
"When I put a dollar in there, it was worth a dollar. Now it's worth 25 cents. The way I see it, they owe me this check, the other two, and one mo!"

..It was his only appearance on S&S (one suspects Otis was to be Grady's "Grady", in the event that Redd Foxx didn't come back. I personally can't help but wonder how Matthew "Stymie" Beard would have fared in the part...)
