Yeah, I might be able to help, but beware that I'm completely new at web design :p

If you want a quick overview of how I made my site:

1) Banner made in photoshop
2) The banner is a seperate HTML file, and I'm using script HTML (shtml) with include statements on all my pages. This way, if I need to make a change in my banner, I only do it on one page, I don't have to manually edit each page.
3) I downloaded some pre-written PHP scripts, and you can see what they track at the bottom. I also have a hidden script that tracks which websites people came from.
4) I'm using Blogger for the news posting.

I'm surprised everything works myself actually :lol:
