I just got done watching the season 4 finale "The Interview," and my immediate reaction is "wow." What a wonderful, thought-provoking episode!

Is that the first time bleeped foul language was used in episodic (non-reality) television?

Probably not the first time ever.

To me that ep was weird and the b=w film of the actors didn't look like real 50's b+w tv film. It way too clear!

I can remember it being done once or twice on "SNL" ("Saturday Night Live") in it's first season, which was the year before that episode aired.
