Sue Ann. I really didn't like the first season, but Sue Ann was OK.

I would also have to go with Sue Ann. She seemed interesting, kind of being in competition with Blair.

I would have to say Nancy after she came back in season two and finally got some interseting scenes especially when she shoves the ice down Blair's chest!
