I go through my photo album and I found pictures of San Francisco. I remember back in 1996 when we went to California on a vacation trip, it was amazing. I went from San Diego and ended up in San Francisco. I went there with my mom and my stepdad about 8 years ago. I had a great time. Here is one of my pictures I took since I was in San Francisco back in '96. I hope tgc225 will enjoy it.

Great photo! That's Lombard Street looking from the left side of the street. It's quite similar to the one I took:

You can see Coit Tower easily in both photos, that's the white tube-like tower in the background.

Of course, you could see Lombard Street in the uncut season one intro of Full House:

I also mentioned that I didn't have any season eight intro video or the Comet's Excellent Adventure episode, which had a llot of on-location filming. Well, the Michelle Rides Again episodes were shown during the marathon, so I was able to snap some shots. And guess what, Bob Saget is going up the steps of Lombard Street as well!

Except this is on the right side of the block on Lombard. Now we have a shot from every angle.

BrooklynGuy took it from the left side of the street, I took it from the middle, and in Full House it was done on the right side of the street. It gives you a nice idea of how the panorama looks like of the view from Lombard Street.

tgc225, here's another one I have in my collection. One thing, My mom, Bobby and I stayed in San Francisco for 2 or 3 days back in '96. I've never seen Alamo Square and the house that the one originally used for "Full House" in my life, but I haven't. Only I stayed in downtown San Francisco for 2 days.

Is that a photo from Treasure Island?

Ah, that's right, don't know why I thought it was Treasure Island, that location would give you a view from the East instead of the North :p

Here comes another one! It's the Golden Gate Bridge approach. I remember years ago while we were in San Francisco, we took the Golden Gate Bridge and it was excellent. Not exactly a "Full House" logo used in the intro.

Yep, that looks like it's somewhere between Chrissy Field and the Wharf. I actually believe that a few of the Season 8 intro scenese were filmed somewhere in that area (Kimmy's intro and the twin boy's intro)

I hope you will enjoy my pictures that I took from San Francisco from back in 1996 while we went to California. I know pictures that I don't take is Alamo Square, and the house that "Full House" was used. I didn't go to that one, because I haven't been there for like 8 years. I hope I would look forward to that. Will you update my pictures from your own "Full House - On Location" site?

I've seen that one where he walks up the street and the words "Bob Saget" appeared on the screen.

tgc225, back in 1996 while I was in California, I didn't see Alamo Square for the first time in my life and I've never take snapshots. One of my picture that did not add to my collection is the view of Alamo Square. This was taken from the Pbase website.

I found two more of these pictures I took from San Francisco back in 1996. One of them is the Fisherman's Wharf. When I came from from work, I talked to Virginia Legg, a lady who works at In-Flight that she remembers San Francisco way back in 1973. I was talking to her that she has pictures from San Francisco from one of her old photo albums from back in the 70's. Maybe she will look for her pictures of San Francisco from 1973 probably she will bring it in soon, so that I will scan these photos. :D Virginia usually went to San Francisco a long time ago back in 1973, because "Full House" wasn't around until show debuted in 1987.
