how do you become moderator

You ask either TJ or pavanbadal (they are both the admins of this site) which TV show board you want to moderate, and they will be more than happy to make you moderator...But I think you should stay a bit longer, so that they know you aren't going to "post and run" and never come back here again.

The only expection is that you cannot ask to moderate the general board. We've already got moderators for that. :)
