Something I've always been curiuos about since seeing Nancy McKeon on Facts of Life season 2. Are her eyes green, blue, or aqua, or some other mixture of green and blue? I notice they've always turned gray at night, as well, and some silvery or even slate color at times during the day. Also post any pics of her, If you got any from FOL or The Division or anything in between. I've got 2 pics of her below. Tell me what you see from these two pics

Sorry for the spelling error above.

That one was of her with her bros. Phil McKeon. And yes, Phil's eyes are a cobalt type pure 100% blue. I like to call it Hylian blue after the hylian people of The Legend of Zelda Ocarana of Time on the Nintendo 64. That kind of blue. Tell me what color you see in Nancy's eyes on that photo. I see Sea Green.

green and blue are two totally different colors.Yes, in some people's oppinion, they'll think blue eyes, especially baby blues, look better than green eyes. Heck, Mel Gibson and Cameron Diaz both have them type eyes. So does Nancy's bro Phil.

Orange? Ya gotta be joking, right? Only tigers and certain other animals have orange eyes. No human has orange eyes.

I'm thinking sea green, but sometimes it looks sky blue. Probably the shirt she's wearing, the lighting, or her mood.

Okay, you people can’t be this dense… Are you? Haven’t you ever heard of someone having hazel eyes? Witch means your eyes are gray. But in different colors or different lighting your eyes change colors. It’s really not all that amazing. I am sorry if, I am being rude but this is like the 100000000000000000000000000 times that this has been posted. I happen to remember back when I first started out on these boards, and there was a young member who all she did was make Bonnie Bedelia (Kate) posts, and she got yelled at for it. Normally I wouldn’t even think turn about is fair play, but in this case, for some reason I am just tired of it. So if, you would like to speak of Nancy amazing eyes make a damn board for it or something. I don’t ask for much but c’mon people? How ridiculous and annoying can you people get? Wait I take that back I don’t wanna know how ridiculous, and annoying all of you can be. Well not all of you, but some of ya.

In a way..ur kinda right cause I know for a fact this is The Division board. People do pick the weirdest little things to pick at and discuss. LOL. I do say that Nancy's eyes havent changed colors. I mean maybe we didnt pay attention to her eyes as much as we do now. In the past years..they use different lighting for filming and all. Her eyes seem green to me. Because green can change to blue in lighting, not hazel. Okay just wanted to clear that conversation up! oKx0x0JeSSie* ByE!~;)

As you have just said this is a Division board, is not just about one person, and diffently not about their eyes. And as for people have the weirdest things to pick at. It seems to me that the people who pick the most are the nancy fans...up to and including Fukk off, and other crap such as that, for having the nerve to speak of another character, so please do not patronize and tell me what people pick about. AS for as I am concerend Nancy fans are aloud to do whatever they please while every other fan is souposed to kiss your ass, I don't think so.

As for the hazel eyes...they change all different colors, form black/brown as Nancy first pictues in this post is...to green blue, and gray thank you very much.

I'm the one who said they were orange. You people are just wrong. Infact, if you go watch the episode "There but for fourtune", you will see that Nancy's eyes are obviously orange. I have been studying her eyes for many years(because, you know, I have nothing else to do), so I KNOW that they are orange.

You mean orange colored special effects contact lenses. They only use them in big box office movies for non-human roles such as vampires or werewolves or the Dark Emperor on Star Wars. White out Lenses are also popular. It was used on X-Men. And you want orange contact lenses, just watch Lost Boys. Don't think they would spend all that money and use it on The Division and use all the liability. And by the way, you can tell if someone is wearing colored contacts, especially special effects lenses by looking at the person's eye to the side. It has to do where the pupil is situated. And yes, depending if the person is colorblind or not, sometimes green or certain shades of green can look orange, only to certain colorblind folks out there. I have an old pic of Nancy from back in her teen days with either blue or purplish blue(periwinkle or indigo) eyes.

Irish_Rose_Kate, the first pic of her her eyes were not black and brown, but green/blue and dark green. And as far as hazel is, The Webster's English Dictionary defines hazel as a light brown to strong brown to yellowish-brown. Take any coloring pencil and find the one that's named hazel and look at it's color, and you'll see that it's a strong yellowish-brown, just like hazelnuts. You want to know who has Hazel colored eyes? Charlie Sheen is the best example of someone with Hazel colored eyes, unless you're colorblind and see all greens and browns as orange and brown, and blues as grays.

I appoligize for any fighting words I got into or engaged in. But it seems someone else got onto this board to start fights, don't know who. I wish it could stop so people like me can enjoy these boards. I also saw the F-word used on this board. Mr. TJ, please do something about the one who used the F-word on this board.

okay you mentally challenged human being, lemme tell you exactly three things:

1) you're annoying the hell outta everybody here

2) colored contacts are used a lot, and not only in big movies. And they're not even expensive. Actually I'm wearing a pair right now and they were 28 bucks. And that is even though mine are vision correcting even. Meaning plain ones are even cheaper. And maybe some actors/actresses wear em instead of glasses as well. But we don't know anything about that, so nevermind.

3) Everybody here is making fun of you here and you don't even notice. So go and find someone else eyes to obsess about

As far as Hazel being gray, it's false. Hazel is brown.

Yes, nancy's eyes do turn gray, but only in the evening times.

During the day, it's green. I know, because her FOL character Jo also had green eyes. And they were green to purplish-blue during the day as far back as her FOL days. You want to see her eyes go thru all kinds of natural color changes, watch High School USA. She's in it. On the Bakery scene, her eyes were light purplish-blue color.

Maybe you just looked up the word Hazel, but not hazel eyes. Yes, hazel nut is brown you, and I agree there. This was a question that was asked to a scientist. And then the scientist's answer.

">My eyes change colors with my mood and I was wondering why?they turn
>blue, hazel, n sometimes blue n a light green together or a gay blue
>ring with light green n a goldish color around my pupil. Do u know what
>color that would be?
>
The color described would still fall under the hazel category - which ranges
from blue-brown to green-brown. Eye color appears to change as light is
reflected from your surroundings, so a different shirt color or hat could
make your eyes appear to be a different color. As to your mood, blood
vessels in the white of your eyes may be responsible for this as they dilate
and become engorged (I, too have hazel eyes and when I am angry or very sad,
my eyes appear much greener than usual)."
