I've spent most of this evening in the Warner Bros. chat in hometheaterforum, where they talk about upcoming dvd releases. Someone asked about Fresh Prince and the Warners rep said that it was "in discussion", which is a good sign because there were other tv titles where they said there were NO Plans, so if they're at least considering Fresh Prince on dvd, it's a good thing.

Be specific, what ain't happening? If you're saying Fresh Prince of Bel Air will never be released on dvd, I'll take that bet with you right now.

oh no doubt fp is the best show ever and i heard about the wb chat before and i want it on dvd so bad. so go to amazon.com search fresh prince of bel air and it will say not released yet and enter ur email adress on the right side that gives nbc the heads up how many are waiting. ALSO, we must do somethin to warner bro's to make em release it on dvd. this is a great show and MUST BE ON DVD NOW!

I disagree, I think both will be on DVD, maybe not this year, and I read that Carsey Werner who own Roseanne and The Cosby show are looking for a DVD distributor, so TCS will def. be coming out

I say yes

start releasing Fresh Prince

so many funny episodes they are classic's

Fresh Prince is the Only show I would put up there with some of the best comedy shows of all time.
(like sanford and son, all in the family shows of that Quality)

and lets face it folks

tv today
pretty much SUCKS

OTHER WISE ALL OF OUR FAVORITE SHOWS WOULD NOT BEEN SHOWN ON NICK AT NITE TV LAND AND OTHER CABLE OUTLETS

AND WE WOULD NOT BE ON THIS BOARD WE WOULD BE WATCHING TV.

I THINK WE WILL SEE IT SOON
I WOULD SAY SOME TIME NEXT YEAR CLOSE TO SPRING OR SUMMER.

AND I WILL BET MONEY THAT THEY WILL RELEASE IT
THER IS TOO MUCH MONEY TO BE MADE

I COULD BE WRONG BUT I DON'T THINK SO
