What did everyone think of it?

After 15 months, a real let down! The thing with bear, trying to make it humorous, Tony running around trying to win Dr. Melfi's heart. There was nothing there to write home about. Just hope it gets better.

I happen to agree with you. It was too slooooooow moving for my taste.

The bear is going to represent something... not sure what though...

I can't watch it yet, since I still haven't seen season 4. Of course I've heard alot but that won't hurt me in terms of still enjoying it. I've got the first four seasons on dvd, so I plan on rewatching the first 3 seasons, then season 4, going through a season a week and then catch up with season 5 on HBO On Demand.

I thought it was "kind od interesting". I was glad that Dr. Melfi didn't take on up on his offer. She knows better than anybody, he's a sociopath! That waiter, well what can I say for him?! If he knew that were gangters then he was stupid! If he didn't I felt sorry for him. I would like to know why Tony has a hand grenade in his gun closet?

It did seem kind of slow, but remember, the fourth season began slowly, as well.

I don't like Tony's attraction to Melfi, either. But it's hardly new - they touched on it in the first season.

I just saw the first episode this week and I thought it was pretty good. I thought the bear thing was kind of dumb, though. But, to me, this season looks like it will be more interesting than season 4. I was kind of interested in season 4. It wasn't as good as the previous seasons so it was kind of a let-down. This season 5 will pick me back up again.
