I've seen that one, too...I wish she had more of a significant part, though...She was only @ the beginning for like 3-5 mins. :p

I actually saw that episode last night. Ahhh! I missed the first few minutes though. I only got to see Roseanne's explosion over Phyllis. I would have loved to have saw Vicki. I don't know why I keep missing her...

It was the first time I saw Vicki not playing Mama. I can't believe how different her voice is than Mama's.

I may have quite a collection, but you haven't seen this guy's collection (http://danieljselby.com/Vicki/v-gallery.html)...

This site is run by a guy named Daniel Selby...He's a really neat guy to talk to. :D

She was?! Was this B.L. (before lottery) or A.I.Q.W.R.D.T.S.S.(after I quit watching Roseanne due to stupid storylines)?:D

Yeah, this was way before lottery. Jackie was pregnant in these episodes.

Really? Hmmm, I must have missed that one! Though I guess due to the short time she was on, it would be pretty easy to miss.

It aired in late 1993.

Roseanne
Guilt By Imagination

Original Airdate: November 9, 1993
Starred As: Phyllis Zimmer.
Other Special Guests?: Fabio as himself and Michael O'Keefe as Fred.

Phyllis comes into Dan‘s place of work, asks Fred where Dan is. When Fred tells her where Dan is, Phyllis takes Dan out for lunch. Fred comes into The Lunch Box to tell Jackie about it and she has to cover up for Dan. Roseanne finds out somehow, and they argue about it for the rest of the episode. Finally, at the end, you see Roseanne get into bed with Fabio.

Sorry to be taking away from this thread a little...but since we're on the subject of Vicki's guest roles...have you ever seen the "Diagnosis Murder" episode she guest-starred in? It's HILARIOUS. (Well, to me anyway) The episode name was "FMurder" -- the last time it was on was back in November, on Thanksgiving. :D

Off topic but I love how Vicki mentions Roseanne in her Two Woman show :). She talked about moms of the past on TV (I think June Cleaver was one that she mentioned) and then she said something like, "And then came the 80's and Roseanne shook things up." After that she said how much she likes Roseanne and imitated her voice. She's pretty good at voices!

I missed that one too.:(

I did see her on Politically Incorrect once though. She seemed to be uncharacteristically quiet though, but I think that was because she was polite and wasn't interupting and blurting out comments like the others there were doing.

Must've been after I saw her...I don't remember her mentioning that. Did she talk about that when you saw her in February of last year or in November? I do remember when she imitated Anne Robinson (you know, from "The Weakest Link"). It was SOOO funny! She even had the glasses! And her having red hair...that was TOO perfect. LOL

D'ya remember when she was making fun of Britney Spears and Anne Heche?

Wasn't she on Politically Incorrect in early 2001? Right around this time, I think...I missed it when it was on, but I found a transcript (http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/mamasfamily/vickiPI.html) from that program.

Does anyone remember all those Roseanne Barr jokes that Mama made on the show.

"Gee Bubba, what are ya on the Roseanne Barr diet?"

And the episode is from season 6, about 3 years before they won the lottery. But the show's decline was in the second part of season 7 and all of 8. 9 was just the total down fall.

I think she mentioned Roseanne in both February and November. Maybe she switches jokes once in awhile for variety. Yep, that Anne Robinson thing was hilarious. The Britney and Anne Heche jokes were good, too. I also loved when she talked about cloning and she was like, "I've got two words for you...RICHARD SIMMONS!" There's so many good jokes in her show!

Another good quote about Roseanne went something like this:

Thelma: I was up all night worrying.
Bubba: About your tax audit?
Thelma: No Bubba, I was worried that Roseanne Barr might sit on one of her kids.

By the way, IMO the only bad season of Roseanne was the 9th.

Miss Vicki--Thanks for the pictures. They were really good. I'm not sure about the wig they had Vicki wearing for that episode though (I assume it was a wig)...
Also, that picture of Vicki in your Avatar is really nice!

About the av - thanks :D

And about her hair in that ep - no, it wasn't a wig. At the time she guested on Roseanne, she was still doing her (first) talk show, so that's pretty much how she looked back then. :)

Well, I am glad her hair looks better now. I didn't really like it back then.

Pretty off topic, but Miss Vicki, I noticed that those screen shots look better than what my tapes usually look like. What kind of VHS tapes do you use? God, I can't wait to get my DVD recorder!

Hmmm...Some of them are Maxell (they come in red sleeves) and the others are RCA. I'm always trying different brands every time I buy blank tapes. :D

I think my current screencap pic came from an old Scotch tape I had lying around...The REALLY good brand that Scotch no longer makes anymore. :(

I like the Panasonic 8-hour tapes. They are pretty nice even in the SLP mode. Memorex is also nice, although I can no longer find those anywhere. I bought some Sony ones awhile back (My Family Ties collection is on Sony) and I really don't like them. I prefer Panasonic.
