Has anyone noticed that when Mike is scolding one of the kids, he usually shakes his finger at them and says something like, "Didn't I warn you kids..." ???

The funniest and most memorable occurence of Mike's finger-shaking (for me) is when the girls had a sleepover and the boys put flour over the door, which came down on Mike's head. Flour was falling off his head as he shook his finger, and everyone ended up smiling or laughing about it.

If Mike had something in his hand, such as a pencil or a fork, he would point it at the kid he was talking to and then go into one of his little speeches.

And Carol would top off his little speech by saying, "Your father's right, kids!" (as if they needed reminding).
