There's two different Frasiers.
The first is "Cheers' Frasier"
and the other is "Cafe Nervosa's Frasier"
now the question is.... which one is better??

Definitely the Cafe Nervosa Frasier. He was still one dimensional on Cheers and we really didn't know much about his private life. Frasier now is so much more well rounded.

This is absolutely true.
But the one thing about being a secondary character is the pure charm you exude by your brief quips and presence.
As a full character you are under total scrutiny. Though that is not a bad thing as "Fraiser" is a great series based on the fact that we get to see Kelsey Grammer let loose on every dimension of Fraiser.
He has the unique distinction of being a great character on two shows. I can't even name another that has worked it half as well.

Cafe Fraiser is much more looser and much more well-grounded
Cheers Fraiser was buttoned-down, stiff, and uptight!!

WRONG
Cafe Nervosa's Frasier is much more buttoned-down and pretentious.
Whereas the Cheers' Frasier was looser (although not quite as well grounded)

That's only because the pic is small, but rest assured that's her.

So true, and that's why I like him better. Let him revel in his (sometimes faux) pretentiousness rather than trying to be one of the guys all the time. Much funnier IMO! :)
