Anyone notice how the character Rebecca seemed to only be called Becky later on? In the first season she was on, which I think was the second season of Full House, she was called Rebecca, and as the seasons went on it seemed as though they never called her Rebecca anymore. I know 'Becky' was just a nickname, but what's the point of having a nickname if no one ever calls you by your real name? Wouldn't being called by a nickname ALL the time get old after awhile? Being called by a nickname all the time isn't cool, unless you hate you're real name. I have a sister named Rebecca, and we use her real name and nickname 'Becky' interchangeably. At school, she is always called Rebecca, and at home it all depends, sometimes we call her by her name and sometimes we don't.

Anyone else notice that about the character? The only time it seemed consist with the character's name was on the talk show, when they didn't call her 'Becky'. On the show she was known as Rebecca Donaldson, not Becky.

Well, I think at least the grown.ups call her "Rebeca" when they are egended and married. About the nicknamnes, I think she was called "Rebecca" in the work (vecause she say "Rebecca Donaldson" in Wake Up SF) and her closest family call her wiyh her nicknamnes or "aunt Becky". I have my nicknames at home and my real name in school.
