Bit of an odd question as it may be before anyone's time here, but I've heard it a ton in the past. It was the syndicated ep. where Carrie leaves the garage door open and she ends up buying Doug a new big screen tv after his is stolen and she buys Arthur a Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass album that she broke 15 years before. This song on the tag that Arthur plays wasn't on the CD Now website, though I have also heard many of the others songs they had available. You can only sample a few tracks and this wasn't one of them. Just wondering what the actual title was?

I remembered that song as a kid but it was sung by a different guy or the guy used a different voice. I used to have the record and loved the song.
