I just started to get this twice -- looks like spyware to me.

Of course, I clicked on "cancel" when this came up - twice so far.

I just got it a few times, too. It's not the first time it has happened.

Didnt TJ say that was an error in the Script of the Banner Ads that caused the Download thing to pop up? It happened alot in the past and im pretty sure i heard him say that it was just an error.

I seriously doubt its spyware, the worst ive gotten from SO are tracking cookies from the Banner Ads which are mostly harmless.

I'm working on it.. it's a problem with the code.. it's not spyware or anything.. just cancel it out.

Yikes! I had 100 something the other day when I ran Adaware, and I was NOT pleased at all. And I run Adaware every other day.

Usually I just get tracking cookies, but this time it was full of all sorts of crap (one that was high risk) that was on the computer itself, not just internet cookies.

UGH! I hate those things! I keep getting one that's more like a popover than a popup, it takes up the whole page, and it makes my screen freeze up, I think it's from one of the banner ads, but it's so freaking annoying!

I would love to get rid of those pop-ups and/or spamming!! It does take up a whole entire page!! And is a waste as well!!
