I've read some reviews of this episode and some of the critics put it down. They said that Seinfeld sunk to "new lows." What do y'all think?

What do y'all think? buried by flames 03-04-2004, 04:37 PM no way man i thought that episode was great. i mean who thinks a person could die from licking cheap glue its fantastic Brian Damage 03-04-2004, 05:20 PM I've heard similar stuff, but to be perfectly honest, I don't think it was morbid or low brow. Elaine Benes 03-04-2004, 08:34 PM I found it funny actually. Even the part when the showed her keeling over. LOL buried by flames 03-04-2004, 11:34 PM i did think it was a little morbid but thats what i liked about it Ant-Lox 03-06-2004, 03:44 AM at least 'independent George' didn't die. Brian Damage 03-06-2004, 12:08 PM A George divided against itself cannot stand!" ;) sinatrastar 03-06-2004, 04:44 PM I actually remember when it aired for the first time, I dont recall anyone having anything against it. After the anthrax scare in 2001 they stopped showing this episode in syndication for a while. Maestro 03-06-2004, 05:19 PM It was prob thought of as possible (forgive me ;) ) jump the shark moment for the show. At least the silly anthrax reasoning didn't last too long. The show would have ate that up & wrote new counter stuff if it got banned while the show was airing. (PS- anthrax is NOT silly, banning that ep for it was) Brian Damage 03-06-2004, 05:24 PM Don't worry 'stro I got your point. ;) |
