Jada Pinkett was born in 1971. She was only 17 when she was voted Miss Maryland. How can that be? She was still a minor when she was voted, and don't you have to be a legal adult(o18 or over) to win something like that?

Are you sure it wasn't a teenage version? It's not she could pass for an adult has short and little as she is!:)
