I never knew there was a show called Chico and the Man in the 70's until I came to this board because the show was never ever in syndication in the city of Philadelphia.

A lot of the lesser known sitcoms. If it wasn't a big hit, chances are I hadn't heard of it. Especially from the 60s, 70s and Early to Mid 80s because I wasn't alive then. :)

I usually only post at the Boy Meets World, Wings and Chit Chat Board, ocassionally the Soap Opera and Drama boards, and this one too :)

I used to live in Philadelphia in the 80s, and WPHL Channel 17 aired reruns of it in 1980 or 81 (I forget which) but I don't blame you for not nowing. They only showed it for a couple months, and it aired on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 or something.
So I'm sure a lot of people didn't know.

:lol: Where I live they don't air shows like that. I didn't know about Chico and the man until TVLAND aired it awhile back. I never watched alot of tv growing up that's why :)
