Family Ties Forever!

Anyone see it? I did. I thought it was ok, though it was kind of strange. I'm not really one for musicals, and there was a lot of singing and dancing. The scene with Annie and Eric laying on their bed talking, with Annie suggesting that everyone else was "on" something that was causing their happiness, but saying that she wasn't, that she was "just" happy. Seemed a little too happy, in my opinion. I mean her Dad just died. Maybe she's just covering her real feelings, it's hard to say. I thought that they would have come to some kind of closure at the end of the epiosde, but they didn't. Leaving the viewer to wonder, what's going on with the "happiness."

Thoughts?

Maybe it's the camden's being hyper.

I didn't think the scenes with everyone dancing was very good, but I totally get it about Annie being happy. After my dad died, I was the same way. I said, "thank you that he was my dad, and a really good man". I was totally fine, and I knew he was in heaven, so I was happy for him. No more suffering...
My pastor said I was wrong not to be sad too. I think if you know where your loved ones are (heaven), it helps. I do miss him, and now my mom too, but I'm so grateful they were with me for the time they had. Where is it written you have to sob and mourn when someone dies? I find life harder than death.

I found Annie's happiness strange, too. I know she must be happy her Dad's in a better place, but it just went little too far, you know? I agree about the dancing thing, that was not very good.

It appears Chandler's going to adopt this little boy. Anybody think he's going to make a good father? I think he will, but I think it destroys his chances of getting back with Paris. I'm not too happy about that, because I like those two. Just my two cents.
