How many episodes was Lisa Reiffel (or Carrie's sister) on King of Queens?

I saw last week's Frasier, where they re-introduced Frasier's first wife, Nanny G.

Is there a shot that they could re-introduce Carrie's sister somehow to KoQ? Carrie and her father seem the sarcastic and crude type, that it wouldnt be too out there, that the sister was out of touch from the family.

It could give the show a storyline for couple of episodes.

Which characters though were originally cast for the show, but have disappeared? I know of Lisa Reiffel and Larry Romano. Why were they cast out of the show, entirely?

Left to do a show for NBC. I don`t think they ever mention him again, he was just gone.

The sister, they never gave a reason, that I know of. I wish they would have kept her on the show.

Actually, Kevin James and the writer/producer (?) talk about why they cut Lisa's character in the commentaries that was added to the pilot in the Season 1 DVDs.

They felt that having the Arthur, Carrie and Doug as main characters where enough to based the show on so Carrie's sister just disappeared once it was clear which direction the show was going to take.

I too wish they would've kept her. Lisa certainly gave Leah a run for her money in the KOQ hottie category.

Actually, i think the character of "Sara Spooner" did'nt really add anything to the show.

I didn't care for Carrie's sister either but I'd like to know what happened to her. Closure would be nice.

It's good they got rid of her, she wasnt bad but...there would have been too many people in that house.
