Will Full House be on Nick @ Nick until 2007?
When 2007 is over, what chanell will Full House be on?

ABC Family will have the rights to 2008. After that, there's NO WAY to tell. I think N@N has it til 2007. We won't know for a WHILE who might get it after 2007 or 2008, but if they keep airing it so many times a day, it'll be off the air way before that. People get tired of seeing the same episodes over and over again and thus the ratings drop and the number of airplays drop and timeslots get worse.

Maybe it can go on Disney Chanell or TV Land.

It better NOT go to disney! I hope not because I don't have that channel.

Because I want to have time to record every episode of Full House. Right now I'm not allowed to watch all the TV I want.

It probaly won't go to disney chanell cuz somtimes on the show they say hell and they wouldnt put that on the disney chanell.

It only takes about 3 months to get all episodes taped, less than that if you tape off both N@N and ABC Family.

I have all the episodes from Season 1, 2, and 3, except "Our very first Christmas Show". I only have a few episodes off of Season 4.

I don't, but I do have every episode of other sitcoms. It's very easy to do. If I'm away that day, I just set a VCR timer. It's easier to tape all the FH episodes because both N@N and ABC Family repeat. You have two chances within 24 hours to see the episodes.

Yeah, I know. I'm only allowed to watch one show a day on the weekdays.
I can watch two shows a day on the weekends. That's my parents rule.
My sisters have to go with it too.

I have complete seasons 1-4 which season 4 ends tonight on nick at nite. then tonight ill start on season 5 at 8:30. so far only missing episodes ill miss would be happy birthday babies 1 and 2 becaue it doesnt look like nick at nite will be airing them

I have mixed episodes on tape along with everyone's favorite game show "Match Game". "Full House" is the place to be.

By the way, if "Full House" will be on Nick at Nite by 2007 and ABC Family by 2008, the DVD will come out someday.

I agree. I am just making a point that we won't have any idea where the show goes after N@N and ABC Family lose the rights to it for a couple of years. My take on it is... you should always try and tape every episode, because you never know when they might take it off the air or you might not be able to record. That's my logic right now.

I only missed one episode to tape and it was "Our Very first Christmas Show". I had to stop taping Full House after the episode "Greek Week" was on (from Season 4)

I have to go through my video collection, I have to tape over some of my movies. I like "Full House" a lot. This will make way for making a DVD when I pick up the DVD recorder someday.

Finally someone who understands the concept of being overplayed. Look what happened to Saved by the Bell on TBS played from 7-8am oweekdays and from 12noon-1:00pm weekdays. They end up showing episodes they just showed the week before.

I like Full House and much as the rest of you but when it is only 2 chhannels being played 2 or 3 times on each channel is over doing it.

By the time N@N and ABC Family lose their rights, the show will probably be out on dvd at least through season 5 or 6. And Disney stopped showing Growing Pains and so did ABC Family, so I wouldn't count on them airing it. It used to air on WGN and on TBS at one time, but they lose their rights, too.


Remember, ABC Family and N@N are syndicated/edited episodes. The DVDs have the episodes in full. That's why I don't watch the show much anymore on those other channels. Eventually, TV Land may get it, but probably not for at least 5 more years........they show Cheers and that show ended its run in what, 1995?

I dont see it in ABC Family and N@N all the way til 2007. I could be wrong and they show it that long but its unlikely as much as they are showing it now. And ABC Family went through season 6 in a matter of a week. So there going through episodes quick.

ABC Family & Nick@Nite also skip around and don't show episodes like the Christmas or the Thanksgiving ones unless its that time of year. I think that's ridiculous.

It's way too new for TV Land. It only ended in 1995. If Family Ties, is considered too new, (not in my opinion), and that is 22 years old, then surely Full House is way too new for TV Land. No offense.

Wings ended in 1998 and TVLAND airs Wings(only in a marathon on Friday's though) FH would be great on TVLAND someday.

I think FH will be on ABC Family and N@N for a long while cause it does good ratings.

Full House stops airing on NickatNite until September of 2007, when Home IMprovement will then take its 9:00 time slot, along with the 9:30 time slot.
It will then go to TVLAND until 2011 when, Full House will end its syndication rights, never to be seen on television again.

Where'd you get all this info from? Cause it sounds way out there, Full House in syndication, then never to be seen again? That's hard to believe with as well as it does in syndication.

I highly doubt that they've even come up with the coverart for season three yet. I do agree that Full House is overplayed though. Once I own every episode on DVD I honestly don't even care if it's ever to be seen on TV anymore. Does anyone know when we will see Seinfeld on N@N if ever? It might not be the best idea since it is already waaaaay overplayed. 3rd rock would be a good choice for N@N in five years or so.

[B]i think your better off getting the dvd's . Season one is out and two is almost out. I used to tape them in 2004 from nick@nite. Then nick started skipping ep's so i just gave up.....whatever you do, do not record them from abcfamily!...they edit full house alot!.....but even though they edit alot, i'll be recording every single "Grounded for life",starting september 26th...

I really wish they'd stop airing Fresh Prince so much and go back to the double take of Full House and Cosby. And I really wish they'd stop skipping episodes just because its not Thanksgiving, Valentines or Christmas.

I really think that Growing Pains should come on to Nick-At-Nite. I love Full House and Growing Pains. Then, they could have Growing Pains and Full House on one right after the other as Kirk Cameron(Mike Seaver on Growing Pains) is Candace Cameron(D.J. Tanner on Full House) are brother and sister. That would actually be great.

You'd think, but they show The Cosby Show way too much and it's still one the air.

This thread (and this forum) is convincing me to buy the DVDs and you know what? I think I will!

Yeah, now! I don't watch N@N that much anymore because they used to show Cosby SO much and because I watched it so much in college that I am sick of Cosby and Roseanne. When I tune in, it's either to see Fresh Prince (but, hardly) or Full House. I mainly just watch Full House on ABC Family, because it comes on at a better time for me (well, that's when I'm home).

Cheers enjoyed a nice, fruitful 11-season run from 1982 until 1993.

Well, hopefully, all 8 seasons of Full House will come out on DVD so we won't even have to worry about which station will pick up that show after 2007. I know the first 2 seasons are already out and the 3rd season is due to be released next April.

OKay, okay, belive me this time. You all got me banned, but thats alright. I got better news and more beliveable news now. Okay, try emailing nick at nite. They will giive you answers. Full House leavs Nick at Nite sometime in 2007 and will be replaced by Home Improvement. I know Roseanne is gone in 2008. Who's the Boss? leaves either in March or May and Mad About You will replace it (in 2006 of course). I don't know when Fres Prince leaves (probably in 2009 since it premiered on Nick at Nite a year after Roseanne). Isn't the Nanny supposed to come to Nick at Nite in 2009? Any how, to Full House. At the way they show it now (4 times a day even on the Weekends, its going into overkill. But I think ABC Family had Full House before it started airing on Nick at Nite, so wouldn't go off ABC Family around the same time it oes off Nick at nite? Just a thought, but when it does My guess is that it would go to TV Land because Wings, Cheers, Three's Company, I Love Lucy, and many other older shows did. And I doubt Disney Will pick it up because it does have quite a bit of swearing mainly in the first 2 seasons, but it really isn't a Disney type show (Disney thought Boy Meets World was, and now its airing at 2;00 in the morning). But come on, it has to go off the air at some point, and plus when every season comes out on DVD, what's the point of watching the syndicated episodes when you can watch the unedited DVD versions.

Okay, the only thing that has changed is Home IMprovement is coming to Nick at Nite earlier now, in September 2006. That means with 4 new shows comign to nick at nite this year, Full House will play every nmight at 9:00 like it does now when mad About You comes on in April, but on the weekends it will only be on at 5 and 5:30, and The Cosby Show will take its 10:00 slot.

It was on both TBS and WGN for a long time. It will never return to TBS. TBS has moved away from Family Sitcoms, sadly.
