Fred makes a reference to Harlem when insulting Julio. Fred was saying that the Puerto Ricans are going to bring down the neighborhood like they brought down Harlem. How would Fred know if he grew up in ST. Louis?-LOL THere was never any mention of Fred even going to NYC so what would he know about Harlem?

The closest that Fred ever talked about the East Coast was that he mentioned once that he had cousins in Philadelphia.

It was i believe from the episode "California Crud". Lamont yells at Fred for wearing that arabian costume when he was going to meet the guy from the oil company. Fred said something to the effect that he was skilled in all kinds of "Eastern Culture". Then he quickly made refererence to Lamont the fact that "we have cousins in Philadelphia."
