Just wondering was Harlem referred to on any episodes of CATM since that section of NY was mentioned a lot in the 70's. I guess it was a Ghetto Like no Other-LOL

I am not 100% sure, but I think his cousin Carlos was from the Harlem section of Manhattan. I know that the section where a lot of Puerto Ricans migrated to was more in the Washington Heights section, north west of Harlem.... that was where Freddie was from originally...
