What are the best shows you've never seen??
Meaning, you've heard great things about them, but have never been able to watch the show itself??

For me....
Newradio
Murphy Brown (VERY sketchy memory)
and I wouldve included Taxi, but I think Ive seen enough of it to know that I like it.

The crime show "CSI" is a critical and ratings fave I have no interest in seeing.

My sister-in-law has been trying so hard to get me to watch "Alias," but I'm not gonna do it.

;)

CSI, I never really liked.
Boring IMO.

But as for Alias.... great show.
The best current drama.
And IMO, one of the best dramas ever.

 I wish these shows would be aired on TV or released on DVD. I also should add the original The Outer Limits to that list.

I was aware that some were. Some of those shows you mentioned were ones that I know were big hits but were ones that I never really felt like watching. Three's Company, Family Ties, Mama's Family, The Golden Girls, and Good Times are examples of those shows. If I have enough money, I will buy seasons sets of shows (like Laverne and Shirley).

I swear I must be one of only a few who don't think that show's necessarily that wonderful. It's not bad, but it's not the best show I've ever seen. I think Without a Trace is much better.

Without a Trace is very underrated. I don't even watch ER anymore.

Hey Sal, not sure if you're a Dick Van Dyke Show fan or not.... but a complete, uncut episode of "The Danny Thomas Show" is on "The Dick Van Dyke Show - Season 3"
It has Morey Amsterdam guest starring as his DVDS character, Buddy Sorreil.

As a matter of fact, I love "The Dick Van Dyke Show"! I'll be sure to look at the DVD and see if I can find that episode. I wouldn't be surprised if the one with Andy Griffith also shows up when "The Andy Griffith Show" Season 1 DVD gets released. That would also be interesting to watch. As for the rest of the Danny Thomas series, it may take a while before it shows up again either on TV or DVD and I hate having to wait a long time for it because I've heard good things about it and wouldn't mind seeing it for myself. Same for the other shows on my list.
