FAKE!!!!!! Found out this morning that it was a publicity stunt and the guy who proposed and the girl who rejected him are BOTH ACTORS!

That was on the Jamie Kennedy Experiment. is that what you are talking about?

No it was at a NBA game in Washington. The guy was down on one knee with the ring in his hand and propsed and the girl was crying and said no and ran out. Only to find out this morning that it was all set up. Both the guy and Girl are actors.

I think because the basketball team is doing very bad this season and they just wanted to give the fans something interesting to see and talk about after the game instead of the team they paid to see who just about loses every night. Make sense?

Well i'm glad it was a joke because if it wasn't, all the females in that guy's family would have hunted her down like a rabbit dog and pulled her hair out for embarrasing him like that.
