In my opinion after Ms. G. left, they should of left the show at just the 4 girls..I think it was stupid of them to have written in someone else who wasnt funny, seemed annoying to the charecters(by that i mean in Down and out In malibu, everytime Beverly ANn would talk to blair, blair would roll her eyes and make a face. Even having andy and pippa was a dumb idea. In my opinion, "George" and "Gerri(blairs cuz)" should of been the only others to the cast. They should if written back in Gerri. What u think?

Personally, I think FOL with just the 4 girls was kind of bad. Remember those episodes where it was just the 4 girls b/c Mrs. G. was off somewhere (I forget where). I didn't think those were that great. I liked Beverly Ann. Sure she was no Mrs. G., but they are so different you almost can't even compare them. It's like comparing apples to oranges. I have no problem with Beverly Ann, and in fact I found her mild insanity amusing. Now, I do think that Pippa was extraneous, and so was Andy to a lesser extent.

Agreed. The girls WERE old enough to live together alone. That woman just didn't fit. But she did make me laugh.

lol, Max. I actually liked Bev Ann more than I did Mrs. G. Now B4 you all pounce on me, let me just say this. I thought she was much funnier than Mrs. G. And I know when the girls were growing up they needed more of a mentor than a comedian, but for some reason, I like Bev Ann more than I do Mrs. G, I even thought Mrs. G was kinda annoying sometimes. I agree with Boots that you can't compare them, cause they were so different, and I guess each one, IMHO, was put in the show when they were needed. I don't know what I was trying to say, but there you have it. I feel exactly how you do, Max, I'm confused now, too! What's up with that. Uh, oh, I'm getting off-topic again, I've been pretty good about that lately, but I'm having withdrawls. MUST GO OFF-TOPIC! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! lol

Jo: Partners? You mean 50-50? Uh, 50-50-50-50-50?
Blair: Good, Jo, we'll let you do the books!

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

And from your two resident off-topic queens, Danielle and I, who are still looking for that 12 step program by the way:

I think that they should have lived by themselves. The producers and directors knew darn well that Mrs. G could never be replaced.

Mrs G: Jo, only twice in my life have I spoke in an arbitrary manner. Once when my ex-husband morgaged our home to pay the bookee and now, GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE OR I'LL BEAT YOU WITH MY FRYING PAN!

I agree! The girls were in their 20's and someone was watching over them. I didn't laugh at her jokes because they were funny. I laughed because sometimes they were just plain dumb..lol
