after years of trying to figure out how to get captions on my tv..I finally dd it...yahoo! (just ignore me) anyway, I was wondering why FOL does not have captions? Threes company, and Different Strokes does..

DS doesn't have them. Sometimes it depends on who produced it:
Three's Company-TTC/DLT/NRW
DS And FOL- Embassy
