when i try to put a picture as my avatar it comes up with this and it isa valid jpg file what do i do

You will need to resave the picture as either a JPG or GIF file for it to work again...You can do that in any photo editing programs and Paint :)

You still haven't replied...Could you upload the pic here, so that I can fix it? I have PSP and I could do it for you. :)
