where did you get this information? I thought Columbia House sent everyone a refund or somethign like that?

I called customer service(it's hard to get through right now on the telephone-i heard they are moving the customer service office or something)
seriously, try e-mailing the customer service department(I don't have their e-mail address handy-try yahoo, then type columbia house and look for a "contact us" page. They will email you back(something like"we'll forward your requests to the appropriate place." Try it!
I requested flash flood, dear me, sex symbol, gossip and dope over a month ago(a coincidence?) when they still only had two videos listed...

I ordered it through the columbia house site...all it asked for was my address, phone and email and then it said that i should recive my video soon, but i never got an account number or anything...Whats up wit that?

Did anyone ever order volumes 9 and 10?

If they weren't released, were there ever promotional copies of 'School Pride' and 'Strange Happenings?'
