I think it would be better if the Sports Fourms were categorized by NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB. That way i don;t have to see any threads about baseball and hockey. You would be able to go to a certain board to discuss that sport only

Here's an idea. If you don't like threads about baseball and hockey, don't pay attention to them.

There's not enough threads on the sports board to warrant there being multiple boards.
