This guy is selling Betty White's Cadillac Seville car that was featured in the "Mama For Mayor" two-parter.

It's very cool - now you can finally see what her car looks like, close up! :D

Really cool! I went to the site--pretty good deal. I cannot believe anybody that owns a car that once belonged to Betty White and appeared on Mama's Family would ever sell it, for any price!

I absolutely have to agree!

I just now checked, and there are three bids on it already. Wonder who's going to win it?

It's at NINE bids now and more than $2777!

I bet the shipping costs of getting it to the buyer are killer!! I guess $2777 isn't that bad for a slice of tv history for someone with lots of money! It says that the reserve is not met...that means that there is a minimum price on the car and that $2777 is not at the minimum price yet. I wonder what the minimum price the seller is going to sell it for!

I'm not even sure how the winner is going to get the car, either!

That IS true...The way the seller is selling it, he's practically giving it away at no charge.

This will be interesting to see how the auction ends!

Wow! 13 bids now...$3100 on the nose, AND the reserve is STILL not yet met.

I don't blame the person for creating a minimum price. I would never sell it for $3100 unless I needed money really badly. I am VERY curious in finding out what the car will actually sell for!

 Me too! I'm going to guess $10K is the reserve...what about you?

I'm definitely following this auction closely until it ends on Sunday! :D

This is like Price is Right!

I'm guessing the mimimum is probably between 8-10K, I'm really anxious to know what it will sell for. I mean it is a 1977 so it can't be but so expensive even though it did belong to Betty White. :D

It is up to $3677 now!!

There was a guy selling a military plane that required assembly too, but I think he had to take it off Ebay.

There was a check signed by Rick Nelson on there also awhile back made out to the place he'd leased the plane from that went for around $3,000.

Yep...Betty White is something of a legend now, when you think about it!! :D

I was just going to say that, too! It's up to 15 bids now, too.

NEATO! I remember a while ago (this was nearly two months ago, I think...I Love Carol Burnett! and I were having a chat, so we were looking around on eBay), I saw a check on eBay that Carol Burnett had signed for a massage...I don't remember what the starting price was or how much it sold for, but it was pretty neat to see a check that Carol had written out. :D

That is definately her signature! Who is selling this? Former Bank teller who kept the check all of these years? Bank executive who recognized a good opportunity?

My bank used to send checks back once they cleared, so I could balance my checkbook. Now they do it all digitally. The checks probably came back to her or an accountant, and then just got filed away. Perhaps they just set out for years until someone found them...

There's still more than 3 days left in the auction, it's up to 30 bids and $8100. Holy cow, this could get expensive!

The prices on things like that usually skyrocket near the end of the auction.

I guess I'm good for now. I predicted the reserve would be 8K-10K. The reserve must have been 7K and now is selling for over 8K. I know, it is getting a little expensive now.

There were 32 bids total and the winning price was $8350. Congrats to the guy that won it. :D
