What's a drive through liquor store called?
What's that bug that rolls into a ball when you touch it?
I've never seen the first one and I don't really recall coming across one of those bugs recently, at least I never knew it's name.

Yankees are northerners like Maine, Vermont, all the New England states and Dixies are Alabama, Georgia, all the southern states
YabbaDabbaDoooooo 02-22-2004, 10:03 PM I got 59% barely Dixie. And I didn't know what that roly poly thing was either but that's what I put as my answer. :D I was looking for caterpillar because they curl up when you touch them.

Probably because of the that question on addressing a group of people. I wouldn't say any of the answers, so I put y'all.
Other than that I'm pretty sure I'm full Yankee. :D

Wow, I figured I'd have a higher score than that, considering where I live.

I would have thought I would be more Yankee because I don't have a southern accent at all, but I guess I'm a little more dixie than I thought. I think "crawdad" and "roly poly" were what pushed me into the dixie side because all my other answers seemed to be common to Great Lakes or all of US.
Mr. Television 02-23-2004, 02:53 AM 62% Dixie.
38% Yankee. A diffinitive Yankee. Most of my answers were common to the Great Lakes region not too surprising since I'm from Michigan, but I am a little surprised by how few people seem too call them potato bugs.

Chelsea 02-23-2004, 12:46 PM And, I have the distinct displeausre of living fairly close TO a #19. I have no name for it, as I'd rather pretend it didn't exist (Long list of just HOW many things are wrong with a drive through liquor store..)
Crimson and Clover 02-23-2004, 01:40 PM 79% (Dixie). That is a pretty strong Southern score!
EricIdlefan 02-23-2004, 03:42 PM BTW, Yankees get the feeling and look because the media portrays southerners as dumb and stupid in the brain but IMOF Southerners(aka Dixies!!) portray Yankees as cold, mean, and arrogant!! I lived in Miami for nine years that is where the Yankee in me is and lived in Seymour Tennessee though I don't have a southern accent for twenty years since moving here in 1984 with my family is where I get both my dixie and southern roots!!
Mrs. Ducky 02-23-2004, 04:13 PM 66% Dixie! My mother would have a fit!;)

Hmmmm, I'm from southern Pennsylvania....
Sean Snow 02-23-2004, 08:36 PM 66% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score!
I thought the result was pretty odd, considering that for most of the answers it said I either chose the nationwide selection or a selection most common in the Northeast.
KerriBerri687 02-23-2004, 08:36 PM 50% yankee
