43% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.

I thought it would be higher since I've lived in the Northeast all my life. Some of the things they asked about I haven't even heard of.

What's a drive through liquor store called?
What's that bug that rolls into a ball when you touch it?

I've never seen the first one and I don't really recall coming across one of those bugs recently, at least I never knew it's name.

I would have thought I would be more Yankee because I don't have a southern accent at all, but I guess I'm a little more dixie than I thought. I think "crawdad" and "roly poly" were what pushed me into the dixie side because all my other answers seemed to be common to Great Lakes or all of US.

38% Yankee. A diffinitive Yankee. Most of my answers were common to the Great Lakes region not too surprising since I'm from Michigan, but I am a little surprised by how few people seem too call them potato bugs.

BTW, Yankees get the feeling and look because the media portrays southerners as dumb and stupid in the brain but IMOF Southerners(aka Dixies!!) portray Yankees as cold, mean, and arrogant!! I lived in Miami for nine years that is where the Yankee in me is and lived in Seymour Tennessee though I don't have a southern accent for twenty years since moving here in 1984 with my family is where I get both my dixie and southern roots!!
