If they do decide to do a Frasier spinoff, what character(s) would you prefer to see spun off?

Even though Im ALL for ANY sort of spin-off.
Especially the "Niles and Daphne" one that Kelsey Grammer has hinted.

I agree, Bebe would be great, but also Simon Moon would be cool.
