Tonight was one of the rare nights I laid down on the couch to watch TV...I haven't done that in a while, because my mom always sits there...And I still watch TV and stuff, but I do it in my room, and I don't really watch TV in there...I watch my TV show DVD's, since the reception on my TV sucks...I either sit Indian-style (when I'm eating something), on my stomach or on one side of my body so I'm propping up my head with one hand...Tonight I just laid down on my back...Ahhhh. Awww, it must've felt good! I'm always watching tv stretched out on my bed, with one hand propped up. But the last few days I've broken down and done it on my back... that "Ahhhh" feeling is right on. Of course, that's when I start to drift off so that's why I don't usually do it very often. :lol:

I downloaded the new Real player and it made it impossible for me to play anything on it. After I had the computer repaired last summer I didn't download it. I can't play every Real player item but its better than it was.:lol:

I downloaded the new Real player and it made it impossible for me to play anything on it. After I had the computer repaired last summer I didn't download it. I can't play every Real player item but its better than it was.:lol:

My sound card was screwed up for a long time. Sometimes I could hear songs or whatever, sometimes I couldn't. Now it seems to be working just fine. :lol:

One of ours was in 1980 in March. I had a cat then and I still remember him covered in snow.:lol: Summer was always bad in NC. The temperatures were always in the 90's. Up here it doesn't get to bad except for a few weeks in August.

Awww.. :lol: What I remember most is that everything seemed to be white and it was so beautiful. Before that, I heard it snowed in 1973 - so much so that I think we had 5 or more inches. January and February we would get frost but by the time March came the weather would change. Our Schools didn't have A/C and we would sometimes get out early in September because it felt like summer.:lol:

Have you had anyone check it out to see what's going on? I know I've mentioned a possible virus.. but I guess it could be anything. Maybe it's just pooping out on you. To have been able to resize with no problem and then all of a sudden not be able to is weird. :confused:

No I hven't had anyone check it out. The whole computer crashed last summer and I thought I'd have to get a new one but there's a computer store down town and I had it repaired for only $70. I'll probably need to get a new one soon.

The one winter I can remember NOT getting ANY snow at all was the winter of 1997, when I was in 7th grade...It was due to El Nino, and if I'm correct, he makes his rounds again this winter (he comes every seven years, I heard). When Christmas rolled by that year, we STILL hadn't gotten even a flake of snow. And that was VERY abnormal, considering where I lived at that time (Devils Lake). Up in Devils Lake, it snows like CRAZY all the time...so it was really weird not having any snow that year. :eek:

The winter of 1998 (when I was in 8th) was kinda like that again too, but this time it was because of El Nina, and we only got half our regular snow that winter...so, yeah...

Well…uh my mother had a lot of card parties and was the foremost bridge cheaters of America. My father worked for this big cooperation, they used to send him out fields a lot…to drink. Well he was so humiliated he didn’t know what to tell his friends…so he told them I had polio…on fathers day I used to limb for him.
