Planned. Ryan Seacrest (!!) was on Kiss 108 today calling in, and he said for shows like this, the artists tell the camera men every single angle they want for the shots etc. Plus, they said on the station that Justin said he was only supposed to take the black part off and leave the red on, but they said had that been the case.. it wouldnt have came off so easily. Now theyre saying that they are going to be banned from this Sundays Grammys.

Right! I don't care! My goodness, she's not the first person to share her breast (whether it was an accident or not) and she for sure won't be the last.
