What Happened to Chester and Tooey?

In the first 2-3 seasons, Wally's friends were Eddie Haskell, Chester Anderson and Tooey (2E) Brown. Eddie was seen for the show's entire run while Chester and Tooey disappeared. What happened to them?

Chester and Tooey ran away and joined the circus with Chuck Cunningham.

I know one of the reasons they got rid of Chester was because he was too similar to Wally. I guess they wanted more diversity between the boys.

Chester and Tooey always remind me of the Dead End kids of the 40's. In fact, the earlier LITB's have a very 40's feel to them. But particularly the boys groups. Does anyone know the Dead End kids? do you see what i mean?
