Is Kelly Ripa an acrobat?

Tonight, while Kelly (as Hope) was dressed up in a costume she twice rolled onto a couch and then right onto the floor hard. It was really her doing it and it looked like it would have hurt terribly to do the stunt unless the person doing so is an acrobat. Is Kelly an acrobat of sorts in real life? Anyone?

Kelly was a ballet dancer as a child and she was also a cheerleader in high school so that would make her flexible. I didn't get to see Friday's show could someone please tell me what it was about? Was it a repeat?

Kelly did get arcobatic training late-last year as part of Live W/ Regis and Kelly's "YOU PICK WHAT REGIS AND KELLY DO WEEK"...

I'd strongly imagine Kelly was an acrobat long before she ever did that trapeze stunt on Live With Regis and Kelly.
