Whatever happened to tooey? He used to hang around with the guys all the time and then he just disappeared. Did they ever give a reason for this?
Also, when the series first starts, Beaver is in the 2nd grade and wally is in 8th, in the last season wally is in 12th and beaver is in 8th. If you do the math, this does does not add up. Beaver should finishing 7th grade in 1963 and wally should be finishing his first year of colleg in 1963.
But in reality it seems beaver skipped a grade and wally was left back if you think about it. Did anyone give any reason for this?
Did anyone notice in the first episode Ward threatens to hit Beaver? When BEaver is in the tree, Ward yells "Beaver come down from there" and he goes "I can't you'll hit me" and Ward goes "Why you just better bet I..." and then he turns around and sees all the men staring at him and then he goes "Now BEaver you know we never hit you" and beaver goes "What about the time i spilt the ink on the rug?" and ward goes "uh...nevermind that, just come down son."
Usually Ward doesn't threaten his kids like this. I wonder what the writers were thinking.
