Shelby's Story - Undercover/ with a little Kung Fu The Legend Continues

Shelby was a beautiful 29-year old who worked in the nation's capital and was a workaholic and had no private life and loved yoga, internet, music, NFL, backrubs(or massages), and worked right out of high school. She worked as an intern for the US Senate since she was a 12-year old copy girl. She had no time for romance much less a private life because she seemed to sleep in her office and breathe working.

She has been to all 50 states and Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and also went on working vacations in over 60 countries and was like a "Passepartout"(French valet on "Around the World in 80 Days) and worked for a very low profile and top secret agency called International Crime Bureau(ICB) and she was an only child and had a one-bedroom apartment.

She put in about 14-16 hour workdays and worked 30 weekends out of the year and never took a vacation since she was 12!! She had no time for romance much less a private life. Until at a holiday party, she became smitten with a handsome agent. He was looking at her and approached the shy, withdrawn, & woman of a few words Shelby.

His name was John and he was new even though he was a top secret agent for twenty-four years. He was handsome and attractive with a muscular build, his body rubicand and well-built, eyes were greenish-blue, hair was light-brown and a little gray. He was married for twenty-two years when his wife died of leukemia.

They had no children though John desired to be a dad. The party was a black-tie affair and he and I spent hours talking about our lives and he was funny and warm and friendly.

He and Shelby worked at the top secret ICB but in different departments. He was a secret agent who also happened to be a Green Beret and Special Forces in the Army.

He was trained in driving tactics, chemical interrogation, chemistry and biology, security devices, won't carry a gun or any type of machine weapons, fighting tactics, martial arts(has several black belts), speaks fifteen languages, and has been to over seventy countries and all fifty states and the US borders of Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands among many. He was also a bodyguard to presidents, prime ministers, kings & queens, head of security at black-tie affairs, and also was a mercenary.

He and Shelby began a friendship for a year then we started dating for six months by going on walks, exercising, dinner, theatre, movies, also weekend getaways to the mountains and his adopted hometown in Canada. He and Shelby seem to be really be hitting it off and sharing interests and were really seem to be in love.

But then, the fun-loving and sensitive John turned cold, withdrawn, and not on speaking terms with Shelby after he admitted to her that he is really in love with her but then after a few days, he just made very, very, little small talk with her and he didn't seem to be interesting in her. He told her to go away, he's busy, don't talk to him, shut up,!! It would only get worse!!

For the past six months, Shelby thought it was a lifetime before John would even speak to her. She then learn of a plot that when he was undercover, John was discovered and learned that the bad guys were going to kill him and as Shelby tried to explain, he told her to shut up and mind her own business and pushed her away. Six months became eight months.

Shelby was on a cruise ship and accidentally let a bad guy go not knowing he was bad, John jumped down her throat and took it all out on her. Shelby felt so, so, badly but her one and only friend, Wendell told her not to let that ruin her day with the wedding on the cruise ship where John was the best man to his snitch, Timmy!!

Shelby had to either resign or take a leave of abscence. Shelby then, after only taking trips but for working vacations and spending a few days off with her parents during the holidays in her seventeen years working needed a real break. So she took a leave of abscence to take everything that has gone awry off her mind.

Shelby then, went and took a trip to the Carribean Islands for thirty-nine days and took since she was a big "Survivor" fan.

And only took one shirt and one pair of jeans, shoes, socks, underwear, a bible, some devotions, a CD walkman, batteries for her walkman, some CDs, and there would be no tv, DVD/VCR, radio, phones(she hated cellphones to the max) and bought rice for the next thirty-nine days to eat lunch and dinner.

She did yoga, aerobics, listen to the CD's, brought a tape recorder and a journal to record her "life-changing experience" and most of the time, when not doing any activities, slept all day and read her devotions.

Then, on day thirty-two, she felt a lump on her breast and she checked herself in and the doctors and nurses thought she caught the lump early and was committed to the hospital and one day surgery. After a two-hour surgery, Shelby was recuperating and resting and at night, she went back to her hut and went to bed.

She lost about over 35-40 pounds and was nearly a skeleton after the thirty-nine days and her hair and only swimming in the oceans for her "bathing" and after checking out on the island, she got into the hotel and ate as much as she wanted.

She ate steak, rice, scalloped potatoes, downed two two-liters of Diet Dr Pepper, had some candy bars, and chocolate mousse and got her hair cut so short, the beautician cut her hair off six to seven inches.

Then, she went and got a massage for an hour and she enjoyed it so much, she did another hour. She then took a shower dozens and dozens of times and after a month and nearly two weeks, she slept in a very comfortable and warm bed.

She then recorded in her tape recorder and journal about how that everybody took John's side, ignored me(well, except for my family and a few friends), & made a big, big, huge mistake of meeting John and having him as a boyfriend much less a friend.

She then was dreading going back to work and going to the ICB, too many painful memories for the past six-to-eight months instead of the best memories of seventeen going on eighteen years. Nonetheless, Shelby boarded the plane back to Washington DC.

On her way back to her apartment, Shelby found bills to pay and some junk mail but something caught her eye about at the Justice Department, there was a lecture on youth and justice. So, she decided to get a quick bannana and peanut butter sandwich, she would attend.

Then, while there, she saw the speaker with whom she was familiar and friends with since 1997 and his short-time being an liason from the Texas Rangers now back in DC permantly. As people were eating finger foods, the man said "Hi Shelby!!"

Shelby looked around and saw it was Scott. She and Scott have kept in touch since then by writing letters, when he was there for nearly three years before going back to Dallas, had friendly but platonic lunches twice a week, She would go to his apartment to stay the weekend both in DC and Dallas six times a year, e-mailed each other everyday.

Scott and Shelby decide to go and have a Cappicino and talked for about five hours. He was charming and friendly and with impeccable manners.

He and Shelby finished and he insisted on taking her to her apartment, she thought that was kind since John never did that at all!! When they reached the apartment, he gave her his card and told her to make a date with her. He gave her a little kiss on the cheek and was on his way.

Shelby then decided to call Scott and take him up on his offer. She also told him about John and Scott was angry and his fists clenching ensuring Shelby that somebody like that will never, ever, lay a finger on her again like that!! Shelby then left a message on his machine and set a date.

Shelby was strolling through the park and went back to work quietly and people didn't recognize her because she lost a lot of weight during her leave of abscence. Shelby felt she looked like a skeleton and needed a little more food in her system. When she was going for a bite, she ran into, ironically Scott.

He was with the Justice Department's OPR(the internal affairs for agencies like FBI, DEA, INS, US Marshals, etc) and worked for the US Attorney General. Scott offered her to buy her lunch. She told him of her leave of abscence going on a "life-changing experience". Scott was intrigued and interested and both agreeded that John would ignored her if he told her. Scott and Shelby made a date to see each other for tomorrow night.

Shelby went back to her apartment after work and decided that she needed to sever all ties with John, once and for all!!

So Shelby decided to write a letter to John ending severing all ties with her soon-to-be-former boyfriend. When she wrote the letter she thought "This is going to be hard on me writing it than you reading it John" but after she wrote it, through tears, she hanged the "Dear John" letter on his apartment door and left.

When John got off on his martial arts classes he saw the letter taged to his apartment door and taking some bottled water, he read the letter: "Dear John, This is going to be more harder for me writing this to you than you reading this but after nearly six-to-eight months, you ignored me and you treated me like I was invisible and/or don't care about anybody other than yourself.

I feel like you haven't come to my apartment, said hello(or even worse, ignored me!!), didn't take me out on dates or spent anytime. You just seem to be more interested in your work than even your own family, friends, or girlfriend turned whore!!

I met a man that I didn't tell you about while we were dating. He is a terrific man and he is just a perfect gentleman with impeccable manners and walks me home, that I can't say about you at all!! So, here is the ring you gave me and this means "I am breaking up with you!! It's over between us so enjoy your newfound bachelorhood and Good riddance!!" Sincerely, your now ex-Shelby!!

Then John threw the water near his wall, wrecked his whole apartment, hit his whole mirrors with a baseball bat, and sat on a couch and cried his eyes out and tried to call Shelby but all he got was the answering machine.

He called up to seven or eight times, either Shelby wasn't picking up and/or she was out of town. Then John, tried e-mail to e-mail since Shelby hates cellphones and he went to her apartment. John is "shaolin" and he opened her door and called out her name.

He went all over looking for her and saw a diary that she made and a tape recorder during her leave of abscence. Then, when he read the journal and played the tape, he then cringed and was in tears when he heard she had to go to the hospital to remove the "little lump" from her breast and said meeting John was a huge mistake and if she could go back and do everything over, she wouldn't meet him at all. Then he drove and tried to find me.

Then, Shelby was at Scott's place talking and sobbing all of her problems to Scott and telling him about the small lump she had to get rid of and Scott was so, so, understanding and so, so, caring and told her that he won't ever let nobody treat her like dirt again and planned to take her out to eat and to a broadway play.

Then as they were going out, a drunk-driver came and hit Shelby very, very, hard and Scott was with about twenty on-lookers and witnesses as he tried to call an ambulance in frantic. Then he then rushed and got a cab and fifteen minutes, was taking Shelby to the ICU and was told to wait.

Scott was pacing back and forth as the doctors and nurses told him that the next 24-hours will be critical with his shirt all-bloodied with Shelby bleeding so, so, hard and in a coma. Then, he saw a man running and frantically asking where a Shelby was, then Scott knew it was John.

Scott then ran hard and pounced on John after he heard Shelby's horrid stories on him and Scott was laying punches and the security people had to break it up and John had a fat lip and was bleeding. "That is the last time you touch her!! Come near her and I will put a bullethole in your head, Fed or no Fed!!" Yelled an angry Scott and John was told to politely leave and John went back in his car and sobbed his eyes out and hated himself for what he did to Shelby.

Then after nearly four weeks, six days, and eight hours, six minutes, and eight seconds in a coma, Shelby emerged out of her coma with Scott looking with tears in his eyes and holding her hand next to his chest looking lovely at her.

She then was crying herself and in the background John was there looking in disbelief. Unbeknowest to the Scott and Shelby, he visted Shelby everyday when Scott was at work, and visited Shelby every chance he go holding her hand & promising to make everything and all lost time up to her and kissing her face.

Then as she recovered nearly two months, Scott told her that she should recover slowly and that she shouldn't work for about two-to-three months and thought of a great job for her so that the hustle & bustle of the ICB wouldn't put a strain on her because of painful memories the past year and of course, her ex.

Then, after tough rehabilitation and recuperating, she came home with flowers and gifts in her apartment. As Scott was cooking dinner, the doorbell rang and there was John.

Scott wanted him out but then the always stubborn sometimes arrogant John put his foot near the door and walked in uninvited and John saw Shelby and Shelby almost panicked. He said he was so, so, sorry about the hell he put her throught and wanted to make up for lost time and told her not to be afraid of him and that he wanted to reconcile and Shelby told him to get out right now!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:

Scott told him the same thing and warned him about coming back there but John told him firmly and flatly that this is all far, far, from over and promised Shelby not to give up on her at all!! Then he left!! Scott comforted a crying and scared Shelby

Scott was divorced from his first wife after she left him for another man and he has a nineteen year old daughter with whom Shelby got along with and wanted to be a pediatrician and like Shelby, hated guns and weapons.

She graduated from Yale at 19 with a degree when she was five, she was reading eighth grade subjects then twelveth grade and she graduated summa cum laude with two degrees in Kinosology and pyschology and summa again with a masters in antatomy and children's health now in med school and won't graduate until she is twenty-three.

His ex has been married four times and comes from a large family with her being the oldest of seventeen children and fifty-to-sixty nieces and nephews. With Scott being her first, her second had three kids from his first marriage and one from his second and with her they had four kids, all four adopted.

With her third husband, she had two more kids and he had also three from his from his first and two from his second and now since he divorced her, he married into a billionairess with herself three four marriages and no children from those three and now she has two with him with triplets on the way.

Now married to her fourth, he has also come from a huge family with nine boys and ten girls with over 100 nephews and nieces and he has been married four times too(his father was married six times!!

And his mother married four times) with one from his first two marriages kids and two from his third and now both he and Scott's ex has been married for a very long time and have a five year old son and two year old twin girls and expecting again!! Sounds out of reach but true!!

Scott has three brothers and six sisters and he is the oldest and sixty nephews and nieces. They loved Shelby and treated her with like family, she returned the favor with treating his family like a second family to her.

John kept trying to call Shelby on her answering machine and e-mail her and she even got the telephone company to change her number but somehow, John got wind of it and he has been phoning her and e-mailing over over hundreds and hundreds of times and says that he needs to speak with her so, so badly and that he can't live without her and he really loves her.

Shelby was starting her new job at a teen-age mentor clinic and beginning to feel accepted after resigning from the ICB, John came by and to talk with her and asked her how everything was.

Shelby asked John to leave in a polite and orderly manner but John said he needed to see her and talk with her because he feels very sorry for the way that he treated her the past half a year and wanted to take her out to lunch but she turned him down flat and her boss came and asked what was the commotion was about but then she assured her boss that everything was OK.

And he(John) was going back to work and John left and when her boss left, John whispered in her ear that this was all far from over and he will get or find a way and get me back!!

Then, Shelby got in her car and drove and lo and behold, John then follow her home and yelled stuff like he loved and needed her and that he was so, so, sorry and that he really wanted to patch and mend fences.

But if Shelby went to her apartment, she knew John would keep bothering her all the time so she did a smart thing and went to Scott's little house and Scott was mowing his lawn and she got out and embraced him and John just drove away.

Then, when she went to get gas and pay for it, John was there and he paid the $20.00 and she stormed out as he told the cashier to keep the change.

John grabbed her and told her that he didn't mean those things and if she could just listen and let him talk about why he was so mean and ignored her, he would make everything up to her but when the store manager came to ask what was the commotion.

Shelby was about to speak but then John flashed his badge and the manager left in a heartbeat. John then said if he could do it all over again, he would go back and change everything but Shelby, fighting back tears said that it was too late and it's(the relationship is over and done with).

But then a fire broke out downtown and John rushed to see what was happening and he said again and again, this was all far from over and that he wasn't going to give up on Shelby no matter if Scott was involved.

Then, when Shelby told Scott about John at dinner, he assured her that he would go out and speak with John and tell him if he doesn't stop, he would get a restraining order but Shelby told him that a restraining order wouldn't even stop John.

And he would keep on and on and that he has been e-mailing her, phoning her, and giving her mail letters over 100 times a day each. Scott says He would find a way to stop all that, once and for all and even threatened to go to his bosses!!

When John was helping Shelby with the groceries, he asked if he could come into her apartment and knew what Scott would do if he saw him with Shelby.

Shelby gave him five minutes. John then, preceded to ask her about Scott and said he would make a great boyfriend but Shelby said that Scott cared for her and that Scott took way, way, good care of her and cared about her needs and wants the way a boyfriend should. But John said he could do the same for her and he really, really needed her.

As he tried to kiss and hug Shelby, she let out a big scream and then, there was lo and behold Scott, who tried to grab John by the shirt but didn't know about John's martial arts moves and John throw Scott to the ground and Shelby went and helped and hugged Scott up.

Scott warned John if he ever caught him with Shelby again, he would go to his superiors and/or throw John in a hole so deep and dark but John kept saying he would not give up on Shelby and that no calls from his bosses nor the restraining order Scott took out on him would ever, ever, prevent him from seeing Shelby and then he left. Shelby then was crying and sobbing in Scott's arms. Scott knew that dramastic measures and something needed to be done about John.

Then, when John got back from work, four men jumped on him and at first John was victorious giving roundhouse kicks and karate chops and ju-jitsu moves on the men but then he was hit from behind and the four men punched him multiple times.

In the face and in the stomach and he lied there with two black eyes, a bloody nose, and a fatlip and bleeding everywhere as one of the men told him grabbing him by his hair that if he ever came to bother Shelby again, he would be eating his meals through a straw then they left and John was holding his stomach and breathing very hard.

One of the men said "What a loser!!" John then overheard it and said "This ain't at all over and I am not a loser!! I will get you Shelby even if Scott pulls a gun and tries to kill me!!" John then called from his cellphone and was taken to the hospital with broken bones and ribs.

Then Scott told Shelby that he found a way to get rid of John but didn't tell Shelby
that what really, really happened but told his supervisors and got a restraining order against John to stay away and will put John in Leavenworth if he comes near Shelby. Shelby then rejoiced but was in a way, skeptical of what Scott was saying but she took him at his word.

Then Scott and Shelby were were getting serious and but unbeknowest to both of them John was working out on his martial arts and lifting weights and that is the reason they never heard or seen him and/or about him for the past three weeks after nearly five months of him harrassing Shelby everyday, everynight, all the time 24/7!! Shelby thought that Scott took care of everything.

Then, Scott and Shelby both were really getting warm and cozy despite they both would wait to move in together when the time was right for them because both of them don't believe in intercourse before marriage and because of Scott's first marriage and Shelby's very bad relationship.

But after six years, two months, & three weeks of having a friendship and being like best buds and seven months of dating, Shelby was asleep and then she heard the doorbell and she hoped that John wouldn't come back and bother her but then it was Scott in a suit and his hair slick back with flowers, Diet Dr Pepper(her favorite drink) & chocolates.

Then he got down on his left knee and then he told her that he has been relationship shy for nearly twenty years and raising his daughter on his own, he told Shelby that he is ready to settle down and perhaps have little ones running around and he got down and played the music to "A Beautiful Mind" Shelby's favorite soundtrack.

Then he proposed and asked for her hand in marriage as he put the $100,000 diamond ring on her fourth finger and she yelled and said Yes!! And jumped up and kissed him and proclaim their love for each other. When the news of the engagement would hit John, he would jump of the roof!! BIG TIME!!

John then was at a black-tie affair after a nationwide city blackout caused by some art theives. They were no match for John and his marital arts as he and several other federal agents thwarted the theives and they were in custody both he and the other agents posed as wealthy art patrons.

There was one woman and five men, all in their early to mid twenties. John looked handsome and sharp in his tuxedo. There was also a hostage take-down in a federal prison and the ICB came and took out the hostages and rescued the victims.

Both two of the agents, Wendell and Kate, admitted that they missed Shelby and though they agree she was a person of a few words, they missed her intensity to her work and her dedication as she was known for her angst and her moodyness.

Both then were going over to the hotel where the art gallery was and then Wendell spotted a newspaper in the Life section. He took it on the way to the hotel.

Wendell and Captain Jim Munch came and unlike the DEA or FBI, whom the ICB considered arrogant pricks, they got along well with the local and state law enforcement.

Both wanted to grab some pizza and then Wendell showed Jim the ariticle in the Life section and the Jim pulled out an invitation, beating Wendell and everybody to it. Then three or four other agents came and seem very happy and very conversational. John wanted to know what all the commotion was about. John grabbed the paper and his eyes grew wide and his mouth just dropped.

It was a picture of Shelby and Scott announcing their engagement and their marriage to take place on May 1st and she would be moving out of DC and to Texas because she loved Scott and his family because she is an only child and considered his siblings her own. His boss, Bob told him that he needed to move on and forget Shelby.

She found her man and told John that they probably weren't meant to be together after all that he did for her!! John then grabbed the paper and ignoring Bob's advice, he said, "There is no way she is marrying that Texan. I will see to it that she doesn't!! She is all that I ever think about because I still love her and carry a torch in my heart and soul for her. I will get her back to me!! Whether it costs me my job!!" Then John stormed off!!

Then John was driving frantically to search for Shelby!! He then pulled up to Scott's rented house and saw the men who beat up John badly then try to beat him up again after they were making sure that he wouldn't get near to Shelby and then with kicks and punches.

John then beat the men up badly and was very prepared and after the men ran away after he broke their noses and gave fatlips to them and broke one of the men's arms, he then asked one of the men where Shelby was, he said that she was in Philadelphia and then he could figure it out and then he told the thug to scram!!

John then drover all night and turned the cellphone off in his car after his superiors demanded that he return back to DC but he told them he was sorry but he had to do "something important!!"

Shelby and Scott then were planning to go sight-seeing and to the new Financial Lincoln Field to see the Eagles play since Shelby loved the NFL. They got some breakfast at first and then they were spending the whole weekend before going back to work.

Scott has been in publc service for twenty-seven years and he has taken only since 1985 with the exception of Christmas, four vacations in all, he gets four days off Christmas and five weeks of vacation though he is on call 24/7.

Then both after eating went to see the Eagles and after they won, the pair planned to go back home so that they could go back to work the next day. It was 4:30 and Shelby was relaxing on Scott's arm and something was about to happen.

Shelby and Scott were making their way home when they saw a speeding car trying to catch up with them. Scott thought that the driver was nuts and thought he needed to call the police about the speeding car before the driver hurts and kills himself or others. But then the car got a little close and then Shelby rose up and her eyes began getting wide!!

Scott then recognized the driver. It was John trying to speed up in his car. Scott tried to lose him and rolled up the window when John was telling him to pull over. Then John came and hit the gas pedal and drove up and blocked Scott's view and Scott slammed on the brakes. Scott told Shelby to keep the doors locked and not to open the doors and that he assured her that he would be back "very, very, soon once this matter was taken care of!!"

John said "I want no trouble I love Shelby and there isn't a thing you can do about me Scott!!"
Scott yelled "You are the cause of not only my trouble but mainly Shelby's trouble. I can provide for her both financially and securely and lovingly. You don't love her as much as I do!!"

John said back "I love Shelby and I did and said some things I didn't mean and want to make up for all the lost time I could had with her. If I had to do it all over, I would but the damage is sadly done!!"

John then went as Scott tried to block his view and John then went and yelled at Shelby at the window and Shelby tried her best not to look at him and the Scott pulled him and punched him in the eye and hit him in the stomach twice. And hit John again in the face.
John was full of blood and a black eye.

"Now, you just get in your car! Turn the key in ignition! Put the car in drive! Put your right foot on the accelerator! And drive away and leave both me and most of all, Shelby alone!!"
John jumped up and punched Scott back.
Scott collased and slowly getting up.

Then John tried to talk to Shelby saying he was glad to see her and that he needed her more than anything.
Then Scott punched him back.
Then as Scott tried to look for John, John jumped on him and a fight ensured.

Shelby was hoping that Scott would hold John off but after throwing a few punches, he was not match for John and John fell on his back and flipped him over. Scott then dropped something and as he was getting up. He try to grab his gun but then a black dress shoe stepped over it. John was preventing him from getting the gun.
"She doesn't love you!! Get over it!!" yelled Scott

A bloodied John said "No!! I will get Shelby whether you have to kill me or not!! Please the last thing I want to do is fight you but you give me no choice because I will not give up on Shelby!! I have loved her even in the bad times!! I am not going to leave her again! I hurt her once & it not only hurt her but me!! But she suffered more than me!! Scott!! I love Shelby!!"

"No way she would ever come back to you at all!! After what you did!!" yelled Scott.
Then as John looked away and wiped his blood off his face and held his stomach, Scott pulled a gun and then a shot rang!!
BANG!!!!!!!!! Shelby hoped that Scott did away with John once and for all!!

Then when Shelby heard the shots, she hoped it was Scott but then she heard somebody climbing and climbing the woods, she then saw a hand and then hoped it was him all right!! But then a black glove appeared and it was John!! She was screaming and crying.

"Shelby, I came here to get you!! Please, open up the door!! I won't hurt you!! I promise!! If you don't open the door, I will break the window!! Please!!"

"Go away!! I don't want to see you!! You ruined my life ever since and I want you to please leave me and Scott alone!! We are really very very happy together!!"
"With me you will be much, much, happier!! I love you!! Even when I was so, so, mean to you, I have always thought about you!! I can't live without you!!"

"Did you kill Scott!!?? If you did, I hope that you get arrested and are charge with murdering my fiance!!"
"No!! No!! He isn't shot!! I was shot in the leg but it is wrapped up to stop the bleeding!! Please I had to knock him out to get to you!! We can be together now!!

Shelby, I am not going to let you just walk away from me and get out of my life!! I will keep getting onto you and won't back down!! You know I am not a quitter!! I am so, so, sorry to do this but you have left me with no choice!!"
"Please, go away!! Stop bothering me!! You are so, so, arrogant and stubborn!! You can't always get your own way!! Move on with your life!!"

"I can't!! I need you and love you too much!!"
Then John with his gloves, punched and broke the window and then as he did that, Shelby saw Scott's swiss army knife and as the car door was opening, she felt her leg being grabbed and then she hauled off and smite John on the left cheek and he held his cheek and it was bleeding and as she tried to smite him again, John then grabbed her arm and thrust the knife out of her arm kicking and screaming.

"I won't hurt you Shelby!! I love you more than ever!! I will not let you go at all!! I have been trying to call you, e-mail you, send you letters and gifts, trying to come to your loft, anything and everything!!"

"I want you to leave me alone so that I can get on with my life and to marry Scott!! Please let go of me!!"
"I can't and won't let you go like that so easy!! Nobody and nothing will stand in my way of getting to you!! Not even a restraining order!!"

Then, he accidentally dropped Shelby to the ground and she felt unconcious.
John then tried to wake her up and then, he gave Shelby a shot!! It was the same shot he got to knock him out at the blackout at the black-tie affair. Then he got into his car and with Shelby in the passenger side, drove off. He kept touching her and feeling her.

Then Shelby woke up and saw that it was 8:00 am Eastern Time the next day. She saw her left hand handcuffed and she was wondering where she was and saw a gas station and John was still in his tuxedo and paying for gas.

Shelby then saw him and when she saw him, he smiled and then went to the driver's side. He then said that she hoped she slept good and they were in his native Canada. They then drove away with Shelby trying to look away from him.

Then John spoke and told her " I love you Shelby more than you will ever know!! I have done anything and everything to get to you and reach you!! I will take you anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Whatever you say goes to me and I will do anything for you and everything.

Except back to DC. I just can't let you marry Scott!! He means well don't get me wrong but I love you more than you will ever know!! I just won't give up easy on you!! I love you so, so, much!!I am sorry I had to handcuffed and drug you yesterday but I couldn't take any and all chances of you escaping." Then they pull into a fast food joint.

Then as they both went into the restaurant, John then told Shelby she needed to go to the restroom because it could be awhile before they go again and she did and saw John was looking at her.

She then went into the women's restroom and saw a window but nobody at all was in there to help her and if Shelby went to the manager's office, John would stop her completely. Then, she saw a window and climbed out and then thought there was freedom. Then she heard a voice "

I think I will go through the drive-through instead!!" It was John who then grabbed her and put her back in the car. Then as he was handcuffing her he told her " I am so, so, sorry I have to do this but it is for your own good and you mean so, so, much to me than you will ever know!!

I did some things and said things to you that I wished I could go back and redo but sadly the damage is done and I want to make it all up to you!!" Then they drove off.

Then as they drove for hours near a field, Shelby then had a bobby clip pin unbeknowest to John, she then went and got her handcuff off and without John looking, she jumped into the field as John and Shelby were struggling. Shelby trying to run from John and John trying to grab her back in the car. Then the car stopped and John ran after her and calling her by her name dozens of times.

She was running in the cornfield and when she almost felt John's grab, she surprisingly ran away and as she thought she was near the field she knew he would be there so she made a shortcut and as she thought freedom was there, she saw a man jump out in front of her!! It was John!! "I can't let you go!! I don't blame you for being mad and you have the right to be mad but I can't let you go off easy!!

Then as John was holding gently and tried to get a kiss from Shelby who pushed him away, some three punks were trying to steal John's car and even though John identified himself a special agent of ICB, that didn't matter to the punks. He told them he didn't want any trouble but they looked for it.

Shelby was trying to run away but everytime she ran, he kept grabbing her. Then when one of the punks pulled a knife, John kicked it away and Shelby ran and as the men grabbed John to punch him in the stomach, John kicked the man and was holding his stomach and with his martial arts moves, kicked and punched the men and threw the men over by doing the same tome nage that he did on Scott and the men ran.

Then he saw Shelby running and he quickly got in his car and drove and stopped her by blocking her path. Then as he grabbed her, she struck John with the knife the punk dropped and then John disarmed her and kicked the knife away. Shelby thought that he would hit her but he didn't. He just grabbed her and handcuffed her. She was surprised he didn't handcuffed her left hand. He really loved Shelby dearly.

Then Shelby & John were in Canada and she was still handcuffed when she saw John buy some candy bars and soft drinks since Shelby knew John was a healthnut despite an occasional beer and/or glass of wine. Then, when Shelby spotted a cellphone.

The usually not found of cellphones Shelby called and she place the call to Scott. Scott was getting into his car and then heard his phone. Shelby and Scott were glad to hear each others' voices.

Shelby screamed: "Scott it is me!! I am alive and I am glad you are too!!"
Scott: "I have been frantically trying to search for you driving all around trying to find you!!"
Shelby: "What happened?? He said that you were knocked out and he was shot in the leg!! But I thought he was lying and you were dead!!"

Scott: "No!! That isn't true!! I am alive and well and he was at least being honest and truthful!! I won't give up on you and will find you no matter what happens just stay calm and do as he says. He is not one of those criminals that don't keep their promises and kill people!!"
Shelby: "He at least knows not to murder anybody!! Even me!!"
Scott: "Where are you at?? (phone signal dead!!) Hello!! Shelby!!??"

Then, John put the cellphone back on the hook!! Looking at Shelby like why are you doing this?? He didn't say anything at all but gave Shelby a look!!
Then John and Shelby drove off and Shelby had not said a word all day to John when he then spoke up.
John: "Talk to me Shelby!! You haven't said two words to me all day!! You have did your best not to look at me at all!! I know you have a lot of things on your mind!!"

Shelby: "You don't seem to care about anybody or anyone other than yourself!! Satisfied??"
John: "No!! You know that ain't true at all!! I love you and care for you more than anything and/or anyone!! I haven't been eating, sleeping, and can't concentrate on my work at all!!"

Shelby: "I will give you anything you want!! Money!! Anything to get you off my mind!!"
John: (Laughing) What?? You think this is about money!! Come on!! That ain't true!! I came here for you!! I don't need anything and/or everything else but you!!"

Shelby: "John!! You think you are special but aren't at all!! You treat people like dirt and you treated me more like dirt than anybody!! Even when you were close to me and I tried to say hello to you, you just walked away and walked on by like I was either not important nor I was invisible!! I sure hope that you didn't treat your wife like that because if I were still with you as a girlfriend or your wife, you would treat me like a whore!!"
Then, John slammed on the brake pedal and steered near a tree and then he then took off his seatbelt. "I can't stand this no longer anymore!!"

Then John tried to kiss and hug Shelby as she tried to get away but she couldn't because he had very, very, strong muscles and very strong and muscular shoulders. He kept this up for twenty minutes. Then let go and put his arms and his face on the wheel. Shelby was wondering what was going on with him. He was gently weeping and crying and had his face and eyes all red!! He then with his black gloves touched Shelby's face and cried out:

"Look at me honey!! Don't be afraid!! Look at me!! (Shelby finally looking at him!!) I never meant to hurt you badly!! From the bottom of my heart, I am so, so, sorry for the pain and suffering I caused due to my ignorance and arrogance!! If I had to do it over again and what happened the worst five to eight months of not just my life but your life as well, I would do it all over!!"

Then she saw John really, really, being sincere!! Then John held his arms out and said gently: "Touch me honey!! Don't be afraid!! Touch me!! I won't hurt you!!"
Then Shelby about three or four times shrinked away after John had hit her so, so, many times, carefully and gently put her hands on his arms and he grabbed them and put her hands near his three day facial growth. Then he went and kissed her as she was crying and he was too very, very, hard.

He then took off her seatbelt and climbed out of his sports car and then when to her passenger side and unlocked her handcuff that had been shackled near the car door opener and carried her out and put his trenchcoat on her. Then he sat Shelby down gently and then went to the turnk of his car and got two blankets. One for them to lie on and one to cover up!!

Then John took off his tuxedo jacket with him wearing black suspenders and then he put that on Shelby and they kissed all day and just hugged each other!! John then took his gloves off and then put his hand on Shelby's back and massaged her back since he knew that she loved massages. He was still weeping when he told her "When I get punched and/or kicked, it hurts badly but the bruises go away!!

But when I hurt emotionally and/or mentally it hurts much more and it is a pain that won't go away for a very, very, long, long, time!!" Then he just massaged her all over and made Shelby feel very, very, sleepy as he did that for hours!! He and Shelby fell asleep and they just were hugging gently and lovingly on each other.

Then as both Shelby and John slept all day as he gently massaged her back John looked at Shelby sleepishly and tired but very happy and very lovable. John then told Shelby that it is nightime and they should try to find a hotel.

He the rubbed her hair and kissed her and then after twenty minutes of doing that, John put on his tuxedo coat and dress shoes and then wrapped the blanket around Shelby & brought her to his car.

Then he got the blanket they were snuggling up on and put it on her and then before he went to his car to start the car back up, he leaned over and kissed Shelby all over and rubbed her hair.

This took about thirty minutes to do but then John kicked the door and went to the driver's seat and drove off and he was gently rubbing her hair and even though he was driving all around Ontario and in-between stops, John bent over and kissed Shelby!! She was thinking all about John and forgot all about Scott!!

Then as the two were driving to find a hotel and a bite to eat since John was driving nearly three whole days, Shelby loved his background.

The oldest of thirteen children born in New York but at six months old, moved to Toronto Ontario Canada and had seven sisters and five brothers to a farm and ranch. His dad was a secret agent and his mom was a homemaker.

They lived on 10,000 acres land and had a farm full of vegetables, flowers, roses, every kind of veggie. Also they had fifteen cats, twelve dogs, eight cattle, thirty horses, over 100 peacocks, & six cows. His parents have been married for sixty-two years and still going strong.

John was the smartest and brightest and graduated college at 14 and has degrees in criminal justice, physcology, & chemistry all summa cum laude.

He then went to law school and graduated at the top 5% of his class and since he was the only child born in the US, which gave him dual citizenship.

As also, He was admitted to the bars of the US Supreme Court, The Toronto & Canadian Courts, American Bar Association, The First, Second, and Third District Courts in the US, and the New York, Washington DC, California, and six other states bars.

John then went into the US Marines and was a special forces elite and went in at the age of 18 and was sent all over the world and the universe on top-secret missions and after the US Marines serving for seven years. He then went into the US Army and was with both special forces and the Green Berets.

He was trained in chemical weapons & kinsology, a marksman with knives and over twenty machine and regular guns, spoke fifteen lanuages, security devices & codes, & over thirty types of martial arts and also he scuba dived, parachuted, snow and water skied, driving tactics, mountain climber, among many, many, skills. He stayed there for four years.

Then John met his wife when he was thirteen and she was 11. They met in junior high and were friends at first for two and a half years and dated for five years, engaged for two years, married when he was 21 & she was 19 and he never told her about his missions.

She also was with degrees in nursing, pediatricians, and social studies and took a job at Children's hospitals all around. After the Armed Forces after six years, John then joined the US Marshals and was there for two years then went into the DEA for two years and the FBI all graduating in the top five percent and was in the bureau for six years.

Then went to head the US Secret Service and protected Presidents for four years since John thrived on adventure. He trained and stayed there for three years and trained agents.

He was well-built, smart, intelligent, and then when an opening in the US Attorney's Office opened up, that would make both John and his wife, Nelah settle down since he was transfered from Houston, Indianapolis, Japan, China, Spain, Quantico, New Orleans, San Francisco, Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Portland, & New York City and whereever he went, Nelah went to.


After being married for nearly twenty-two years, both wanted to have the family that they both desired to have since John had twenty-five nephews and sixteen nieces but he was busy with his career and Nelah was busy with her career with watching other people's children. She tried to get pregnant but miscarried four times and a baby was stillborn.

They tried adoption but despite their impeccable records, the adoption agencies didn't want to give them a child due to their schedules. Then his wife had leukemia and everytime both saw a child with their parents, they both looked at each other with sadness despite being both doting and loving aunt and uncle.

She also came from a huge family of six brothers, seven sisters, three step-brothers, and nine stepsisters and forty nephews and nieces and eight step-nieces and twelve step nephews. But the leukemia was passed onto her mother and her great grandmother and great-great grandmother and her mother's two sisters.

Then with John at his wife's side, after a six-month struggle, she died as the disease spread throughout her whole entire body and John buried his wife with over 10,000 on-lookers at the church and the burial service. John didn't date for nearly three years. Until he met Shelby!!

Then John carried Shelby as they stopped at a motel and then John then paid for the room that he and Shelby were about to inhabit for the night and then they went upstairs and got their motel room. Then John opened his motel room door and kicked it back.

He then laid Shelby on one bed and then pulled off the extra pillows and extra sheets and pulled down the bed. Then he took off his dress shoes and he took off his socks and yawned several times.

Then he took off his tux jacket and kept his suspenders on and then he carried Shelby and took off her black shoes and socks and her leather black jacket and her glasses off of her face and covered her up and patted and touched her and rubbed her hair and face.

John then went on the other side and hugged and kissed Shelby as he covered up.

"It is so good holding you and feeling you and I love you more than you ever know!! You mean the world to me!! In fact you are my world!! I want you to know that!!" said a relaxed and happy John

"John, What about Scott!! If he saw this he will pitch a fit!! I love you too but I am so confused!!" said a very worried Shelby

"Shhhhhh!!!! Don't worry about that now!! Just worry about both of you and me!! I want to enjoy you and be with you more than anything!! I will think of something no matter what happens I don't know what I will do about Scott but something will develop!!

I just know it!! But right now, I just want to be with you Shelby!! Want me to massage your back!!??" asked John

"But aren't you tired John from driving!!??" asked Shelby
"No, but I had my little nap with you so I don't mind! Your skin is so beautiful!!" said John as they both cuddled up!!

Then as both slept, John hasn't slept for the past few months or like nearly a year and a half due to his undercover investigation and the break-up with Shelby.

And he wanted to make it all up so that Shelby would come back to him. John knew that she was engaged to be married to Scott but John still wanted her engaged or not engaged!!

John then thought he might take her out for brunch. The clock said 4:45pm and John woke Shelby up and played with her hair. Then, he kissed her all over gently. Then, he took a shower since he didn't take one for the past three or four days.

Then as Shelby showered and John wore part of his tux without the bow tie, Shelby got back in her clothes but felt clean and refreshed. They went to this place and there they ate at a buffet and then John planned to reveal all to Shelby what has happened to him and why he was so, so, mean.

"John, you can tell me another time!! You have to be flat out tired!! Let's enjoy our meal while we have very little time!! If Scott saw me with you, he would have a field day!!"

"No, I want you to hear what I have to say and not coming off arrogant but you need to know what has happened since I was so, so, mean to you, while I was undercover, and why I haven't been the same since you and I split!!

don't blame you for being angry and cherishing a grudge but I can't live without you at all and you just mean so much to me and are so valuable to me!! I
would just die if I lost you again like I did the first time!!"

John eyes were watered and his voice shaked while having a mouthful of food.
"OK, whatever you want to tell me!! I guess I could lend an ear!!"
"This may hurt but here it goes!!" as John put his hand on Shelby's right hand.

John then told his side of the story to Shelby:

"There was this rogue group of DEA Agents not only arresting criminals but putting drugs on them because they were so, so, innocent and some of them got like up to twenty years to life in federal prison.

They not only framed the criminals like the criminals were like not just black but latino, asains, white people, even grandfathers. They broke into one of the grandfather's house and beat him up in front of his grandkids and now he is or was serving an 80-year federal prison sentence.

They had done this for five years and nobody and nothing not even the FBI could stop them as they were praised for the arrests. That is where I came in and volunteered. It is wierd because they were going to pick me due to my military and law enforcement background.

They told me not to tell the other workers like Bill, Mark, and/or anybody because we were called the "Incorruptable 8" myself, one FBI agent , one Internal Affairs DEA agent, One state's detective, two AUSA attorneys, one city cop, and one country deputy sheriff.

We were planning to take down the corrupt dea agents which were numbered up to twelve. Don't let the eight fool you because we were working around the clock, 24/7 with barely and very little sleep, a private life was out the window, and we ate on the run and working the case.

I would come home at like 2:00am in the morning but leave at 6:00 am after only three hours of sleep and worked out for an hour in the morning and two hours at night.

It was very, very, hard for everybody not just physically but mentally and emotionally draining. Everybody worked very well and I made sure there would be no cops vs the feds stuff and everybody will work as team players because there is no I in team.

So I went into the DEA and introduced myself as a ten-year DEA veteran so that I can go inside the corrupt DEA Agents inner circle and I had to maintain a very, very, far away distance and far away not getting close to other members at the 7th precinct, not even Bill and/or Mark knew about this, not even the DA, State's Attorney, US Attorney's Offices in both Virginia and DC.

It was just nine of us who knew exactly what we were doing with a OPR agent from the Justice Department acting as a liason. She was the only female. But she was tough but yet soft-hearted and cares for kids like me. What was supposed to be and last for at least six weeks turned into six months but felt like six years and/or an eternity.

"We then knew that I had to go into the unit and pretended to be bad!! We went into houses without a search warrant, beat people up, and take their parents, grandparents, and even kids in front of their families and friends.

I had to act and look the part and grew long hair and a beard and didn't bathe for two weeks and I felt so, so, dirty. The DEA corrupt agents wanted somebody that thinks that they were above the law and nobody could touch them and it was me and the OPR officer.

They read my "background" and they knew I was in the Armed Forces working with the Green Berets and Rangers. I demonstrated my skills with knives, martial arts weapons, machine guns(over fifty of them and it was very uneasy for me since I hate guns) and martial arts training.

I kept praying, sleeping, and worrying all day that I hope both the OPR and mine cover wasn't blown or we would go to our deaths early but very bloody and heniously!! We pretended not to know that the agents were watching our every move but that is the reason I had to ignore not just you but everybody on the police force as well as Bill & Mark.

I even had to ignore my whole family. I like I am telling you slept, breathed, ate, and was on the clock 24/7 and with martial arts weapons near me at all times because my phone was tapped, my whole apartment was tapped, my blue Dodge Stealth was tapped, everything was tapped.

Everytime I went to the precinct, Bill and Mark demanded an answer but I told them all the time that "the case I was working on was classified and they needed to butt out!!(which was hard for me since they both are considered like a father and/or big brother to me).

Then when you kept saying hello, I just ignored you and walked on by when we both saw each other. I couldn't tell you and I was forced to act unpleasantly and understood why everybody especially you couldn't understand and all forgive me for my coldness. When we had suspects all innocent in custody, we put a gun at their temples and had them play Russian Roulette.

Even worse, five people after they pulled the trigger more than ten times found the cartlidge and killed themselves and what is much more worse in front of their families, especially little children. Also, some of the agents cut off two people's ears and stuff that is so, so, henious. I was coerced into electrocuting a young man. I shocked him until he ALMOST died.

I couldn't do it anymore but they told me I needed to do it and put a .357 magnum in my temple and threatened to blow my brains out if I disobeyed their orders and they even shot out real bullets at me twice. I shocked him about five times.

Over the past five years of the Rogue12, over thirty-five innocent people were killed by pigaxing, electrocution(like have a shower of water come out and electrocute them), shoot them, you name it, it was awful. Over 300, yes 300 people were sent to federal prison and juvenille deliquent centers.

That woman who was the man I was forced to electrocute wife saw me and gave me an angry look. She could never ever forgive me for nearly killing her husband. And I don't blame her. I usually when there is a case and/or assignment opened I don't hesistate to take it but I nearly dropped out due to the pain and I almost had my cover blown three times.

Then Bill and Mark came and got into my apartment demanding to know what was going on and I admit I had to fight them off because I thought there were criminals robbing my apartment but then I found both of them.

I told them or tried to tell them if they don't leave and get out of my way they would be interferring in a federal investigation but both say that if I don't tell them what was going on they would go to the State and US Attorney's Office and charge me with withholding evidence and not letting them into the loop.

So I explained what was going on and begged them not to tell Bob, the Police Commissioner who was like a dad to me!! So in order for them to keep their end of the bargain I also needed to keep my end of the bargain and keep them in the loop. Then the investigation was four months then into five months going.

It was hard for me to keep running all around 24/7 for the past four to six months and I lost a lot of weight that nobody, not even my family, friends, & relatives noticed me with long hair and almost a beard.

I kept up being a rougue DEA Agent and we probably robbed up to $20 million dollars in any and all kinds of drugs. We snuffed them and kept arresting innocent people. I almost didn't take the drugs but again I had my head held at gunpoint and I smoke a marajaunia joint and yes, I inhaled it!!

It was very difficult and my cover was almost blown. We must had week after week and day after day over 100 false arrests and not only did we torture the innocent "criminals" by electrocution.

But we chopped off body parts like an arm, the skin off the face of a police officer, set some people on fire, broke in and trashed houses and even beat up innocent people most of them until they had hooked-up to iv tubes and/or paralyzed from the neck and/or waist down.

Then like I told you I almost got my cover blown three times and when I went to make a phone call on my cell some men came and hit me in the stomach with a bat and knocked me out.

I then was taken to an undercover alley and who did I see, the PEOPLE with whom I terrorized and there was Bob and Mark was there. Then I had water splashed on me and was shocked up to three times. It was Bill.

"There now how does it feel being tourtured like you did these families of the innocent people. The US and State's Attorneys could charge you John with civil rights abuse." said Bill.

Also those families came one by one and confronted me about the pain and suffering they have went through and also how they wanted me to feel but say that they wouldn't kill me because that would be the easy way out.

I had to explain that I was undercover and that I was "forced to participate and do all of the suffering!!" Those people say no matter how many times I apologized, (I kept apologizing and apologizing) and tried to really mean it, the man with whom I shocked until dead, came up and took a bat and broke my nose and beat me up badly. He then spat at me. I let him though and understood his feelings.

Then Bill & Mark told me that the families would love to kill me and those DEA jerks for ruining their lives. I told them that I wasn't "one of the corrupt but acting like one" to gather evidence and had to not say anything and everything was classified and I had to not damage the families and our cover because I wanted to put a stop to the agents abuse.

I told the man with whom I nearly fried to death that from the bottom of my heart and though I was very regretful and ashamed about nearly killing him in front of his family and wished I could take everything back that I have done and/or said that I was so, so, sorry and that he didn't deserve to suffer that abuse at all.

I would spend my whole entire career and life making up for what happened to him and the other families of the victims. Then, one-by-one, about twenty of the hundreds and hundreds of families of the victims told me their story of how their lives were runied.

And how some of the people that were killed say that it is hard to pick up the remains and ruins of the pieces of their lives and brought and dragged little children and smeared them to my face because their families were without parents and/or grandparents.

Then I told them I will make it up to them and their families and fight for the victims. Bob scolded me for keeping him out of the loop and vowed to go to my superiors if that ever happened again. He has friends in high places as well.

Then I told them that the precinct may be bugged and being Shaolin I grabbed about over fifty bugs and promised to put them back so that the DEA wouldn't become suspicious of me and blow my cover since it was nearly and closely blown twice.

Then I went and in a secretive and private room to avoid federal interferance, I laid down plans and told them that Mark with his beard fits the description of a drug dealer and that Bill and Bob could wire the DEA's regional office.

Then the OPR agent said that the only way to blow the investigation is to bring Mark in "for questioning" and when the agents threaten to "kill him" then take it down.

The OPR agent, who has also a black belt in both karate and tae-kwon-do and is a markswoman and also was in the US Army Green Berets and Rangers said that Mark and I will be wired.

We laid out our plans to take down the bad guys and do justice for the dead and living victims of the families who have been waiting a long time for justice. Just because you represent the federal government doesn't give you a right to be above the law.

After almost six months I was about to give in the tow and almost throw the tow in and couldn't keep this 24/7 pace of work all the time.

I was lost when I was in US Special Forces for nine months but with my survival skills I ate bugs, ants, any and all things on ground living and drunk water like dirt but you get use to it. Me and three other Special Forces soldiers were lost. And I was only 21 when that happened.

Then I was almost on the verge of even throwing in my badge but then Bill and Bob and the AUSA came to my apartment and told me that they weren't going to take no for an answer and that they would not accept my badge and/or letter of resignation.

They said that they had enough evidence to convict the rogue DEA agents!! But told me to hang in there.

Then I did just that and then the next day one of the agents from the corrupt DEA came up and told me that there was a slight change of plans and that I needed to come and they wouldn't take no for an answer.

Then all of a sudden, I went into the secret warehouse where we always meet showed my a person tied up and with a sack over his head. It was an FBI agent and then the DEA finally knew I was investigating them and they were going to kill me and told me that don't make use of my martial arts.

Then as they hit me in the stomach with a rifle and I was tied up and blindfolded and then it seemed like a long, long, drive after the FBI agent was killed in front of my eyes.

Then, I learned it was two agents and then one of the agents took my blindfold off and then when he told me that if I have any last words, I told him where to go and spat on him and then the other agent then grabbed a MK rifle and then as he point it at me.

He shot the agent in a spur of the second and shot him in the leg and then the agent told me that he was with the DC Bureau of Investigation and then he said he has been trying for five long years just to infritrate the DEA and now he then apologized for having to punch me in the stomach so that his cover wouldn't get blown either.

Then as we turn the corrupt DEA agent in custody there was an arrogant FBI agent demanding why was he kept in the dark about the case against the DEA corrupt agents and that he demanded to hand over the case to him.

Then Bill, with whom he had a hate for the bureau and hate for that particular agent, reminded him when a past hostage negoation went south, four people died do do his power-driven and power-hungy trying to take over the case and then Bill hauled off and smacked him.

Everybody applauded when the FBI agent was going to charge me with murder, obstruction of justice, civil & constitutional rights violations, reckless endangerment, destroying private property, entering the premise without search warrants among many many charges.

Then he complained that Bill assualted a federal agent the cops and detectives said that they didn't seen anything at all as he was unable to speak and everybody was laughing like crazy. The end was near!!

Bill & Mark suggested that I "play dead" and that I stay out of the DEA agents sights so that I won't be caught and killed for real!! We then decided to plan for my "funeral" as it was caught on tape that they were going to my family to comfort them and I told my family to act "like I was really dead"!!

Two days later, the corrupt agents came to my family's house and said and acted like "they were so, so, sorry that I was killed in the line of duty and "obnoxiously made themselves at home"

So I told my family to expect the unexpected and then they stayed for ninety minutes as we bugged their cars, houses, and also their offices.

Then we saw their gigantic houses and they were having beer and barbarques celebrating "me being dead!!" But the end was about near and I was glad for once and for all.

Then when the agents saw "my funeral" and how the families were "crying" the agents then realized that they weren't invited but would have a "memorial for me" and we were afraid my cover would be blown yet again and not only kill me for real this time but my family.

So we had to make spur of the moment changes!! Then all of a sudden, my family invited them to the memorial service. Then all we had to do was have one of them confess that they paid the undercover cop money to "kill me!!"

So at the "memorial" the "corrupt agent" said that he was glad to have me killed. But then one of the agents with whom we were listening to said "He paid (the undercover cop) agent about $20,000 to have me and about four other "traitors" blown into smithorenes, four of them were killed for real!! Then, Bill, Mark, & I said "Take it down boys!!"

As over thirty OPR DEA & FBI agents and twenty state police officers and detectives, and twenty-five swat members & two AUSA's came and arrested the DEA agents and somebody said "So you blow me up in smithorenes didn't you!!" It was the undercover cop revealing his true identity and as the corrupt DEA agents were read their rights and trial would begin in a few months.

Also, we learned one of the Justice Department heads almost shut down the investigation and as Bill and Mark looked at each other, Mark then hauled off and broke the Justice Department suit's nose!! Then Bill kikced him in the groin!!

Then as the US Attorney's Office came and prepared a case and one of the agents cut a deal to be out in six years rather than spend up to twenty years in prison.

The DEA agents were guilty of rackerteering, civil rights violations, obstruction of justice, reckless endangerment, up to sixty-to-sixty-five counts of first-degree/capital charges of murder, falsfying evidence, holding innocent prisoners against their will, entering the premises without search warrants among many, many, other charges.

The first day of testimony, the star witness was called. Me!! The DEA agents' eyes & mouths were opened wide as they realized I was alive and well and also was with the DOJ Internal Affairs Bureau. I spent up to ten days giving crucial and very damaging testimony against the DEA agents and played which mounted up to over-get this!!??

Over 100,000 hours of video tape and over 500,000 hours of wired tape and 400,000 hours of tape recorders on over at least 5,000 cassettes & after over a five or six year ordeal and five-to-seven months undercover, and over two-to-three months tesitimony, all the DEA agents except the one who got six years in exchange for being another star witness, were found guilty on each and every count named in the books!!

They were given up to with the murder charges, death by lethal injection on each and every first degree and/or capital murder charges also with lethal injection most of the charges about six of the charges with three life terms each no possibility of parole/probation.

For charges ranging from civil right violations, six-to-seven life terms each, no possibility of parole/probation, obstruction of justice, twenty years, reckless endangerment forty-to-fifty years on about sixteen counts, rackerteering forty years, planing evidence on innocent civilians, up to forty-to-sixty years each all running concurrently no chance of parole/probation.

Then after the DEA agent who got a leninent sentence after serving his six years will go into the Federal Witness Protection he and his family. All agents deals for plea bargains were all denied and they are serving either at Colorado, Terre Haute, or Leavenworth. We went out for pizza and beer and I wanted to call somebody to really invite to dinner and to tell the whole entire story. That somebody was you Shelby!!

I wanted to talk to you and to see you in the very worst kind of way and I was told that you were on vacation and that you resigned!! I was so, so, shocked that you resinged!! I told Bob when you would be back and he said probably by next week since you were gone nearly a month.

So I just couldn't wait to tell you all I have been through and that I needed to see and speak with you and I admit that you would be hesistant and reluctant!! Then when you came home I left about thousands and thousands of phone messages and also thousands of e-mails to your apartment.

I was going to your apartment nearly a week after you came back and then I thought you were trying to go to my apartment. Then after I worked out I then got that "Dear John" letter from you and it tore my heart up!!

I wrecked almost everything in my apartment and went to your apartment and this might make you mad but being shaolin I let myself in and then I tried to look for you and tried to see where you are!!

When I learned you had a boyfriend, I just about tore up and I knew you would be angry but a boyfriend!! I was just stunned and in shock!! I then saw in your diary you had a lump for breast cancer!! Honey!! I would had dropped anything and everything for you!! You mean the world to me and if you left this world I would just die!!

Then when I tried to search the hospitals, all over the DC area, everywhere, then when I saw a man that looked like your boyfriend, I knew it was and then the man was praying and pacing up and down and all of a sudden, it was apparently Scott!!

Then when he saw me he just jumped up and wanted to kill me after he told me the hell I put you through!! I was so, so, sad and angry and hated myself for what I did to you!!

Every chance I got on my break and without Scott being there, I held your hand and touched your hair in those weeks of you being in a coma and stayed there as long as I could!!

I just wanted to kill myself for what I did after I jumped down your throat over letting a criminal go on the cruise ship wedding!! You didn't know that it was a crook and I blamed you over the mistake!! I should had known better than to jump all over you!!

I was also in the water with the car while trying to catch the crook and when I had Mark do the underwater driving, I almost was eaten by the sharks and then a rope was holding me!!

I sensed it was you and then when you came to me, I just stupidly ignored you and pretended "you weren't there at all!!" I should had just thanked you and kissed you all over for saving me!! What was I thinking!! I was only thinking of myself!! You saved me!!(John almost crying and in tears!!)

Then when I was a martial arts instructor for some prep-military teenagers both female and male, I was trying to climb a mountain to beat a certain time limit and then I almost was about to drop in the very, very, shallow river & somebody was holding the rope and then I saw a shadow and I knew that it was you and you saved me twice!!

Why was I so blind to that!! I also read that you saved a little girl from drowning!! I know your character of laying low and staying under the rader but you could had drowned yourself!! Had it not been for you since you hate water up your nose & that she is alive because of you!!

I missed you so very much and tried to see you and to be honest since you like kids, I knew that it wasn't you at that job because the ICB job is YOU!! I wanted you to come back but you kept ignoring not just me but everybody missed you!!

Shelby, we all missed you and want you back whether you think so or not!! We treated you like garbage blaming you for stuff that was not your fault at all and/or not by a inch and/or a longshot!! I am so so sorry your felt that way not just me but everybody!! Things haven't been the same since you left!!

I also spied on you and watched you with Scott and even though it pained me to see you with him I thought that it could had been me and you walking arm & arm together and that you and I were cuddling up!!

Even if you and him got married I would not give up on you and I just couldn't eat, sleep, or even do my work even. You think I had a hard time staying up 24/7 during the undercover operation, it was much, much, more harder and worse to not be able to hold you and snuggle up with you!!

If I could do this all over again, I wouldn't take the case, I would say no(since I am usually 99% a "yes" person), I would do it all over again and take everything back but sadly the damage has been greatly and tremendously done!!

I wanted you to know this that you may not know it and do your best not to brag nor gloat but you have a huge and big heart and soul more than up to 100 people that are conceited and self-centered.

[You really want to help people and that I have never met anybody so, so, caring Shelby and you even surpass me and everybody at ICB!! I could had died not once but twice and that little girl could had died also and everybody will thank you for that so very, very, much!!

You have made a difference in people's lives even if you think you didn't or not!! You are a wonderful person and God loves you so very much as do other people that may not show it!! You really are a very special person and please don't leave ICB because people need you whether you think they do or not!! They need you so, so, badly!!

Please, think about coming back!! The thing with Scott, I know I have told you this and know probably you don't believe nor trust me but things will work out for the best and if I am will not give up on you no matter what happens.

I always wanted to have a huge family since I am the only one and my late wife is the only one that never had kids in our families despite both of us coming from large families, we went to over twenty adoption agencies but due to our hecktive schedules.

They said to us thank you but no thank you and it just devestated our hearts and everytime we saw a baby, both of us just looked at each other so, so, sad and to be honest, childlessness hurted then and it hurts even more!! I would even trade this career for children!!

I will just do anything to make it all up to you no matter how much it costs me nor how much it will hurt me!!"(John in tears his voice trembling with Shelby having tears in her eyes) as John reached over to her with his hands in hers!!

"John, You don't have to do that!! I know now what and why you had to do that to not hurt me!! I love you for that but now I am confused with how Scott will act to this and I will have to tell him a long, long, story!! And......"

"Shelby, shhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Don't!! I mean please I will do anything and if you will ask, your wish is my command!!"
"It's Ok don't worry I understand and......"

Then John came and hugged Shelby and cried all day long and rubbed her back and head as Shelby did the same.

Then Shelby was lifted off her feet by John and then carried her kissing and then she and John were just in John's car holding hands and resting on his lap while driving. Shelby kind of worry about what was going to happen if Scott saw her with John!!

She then was resting on John and they went back to their hotel and he and Shelby went back to the hotel and they kissed each other. John assured her about Scott and everything would be fine!! She put her faith in John due to Scott.

Then all of a sudden a knock came and then when John and Shelby got up and changed after a few minutes in bed and Shelby brushed her hair and John, being shaolin, knew it was Scott!! Shelby was nervous and terrified!!

He got ready and Shelby lend John her brush to make sure that Scott didn't know about both of them getting "comfortable and cozy!!" Then John opened the door and Scott took a swipe at him and then almost got off a second hit but John martial art moves stopped him. Shelby yelled to let Scott go. Then she came and hugged Scott as Scott chewed John out!!

John told him that he will get Shelby no matter what happens and/or occurs!! Shelby then helped Scott as they embraced!! Scott told her he missed her and that he worried for her but Shelby assured him that John would never, ever, as much as he hurt her physically and emotionally, never kill her!!

Then John told Shelby just tell Scott the whole truth that he didn't hurt Shelby at all no matter what and how Scott reacts. Then Scott warned John not to ever, ever, go near Shelby but John wouldn't listen to him at all!!

Then Shelby and Scott got into Scott's car and Scott held Shelby by the hand & both were very, very, quiet and very, very, didn't say a word not even a whisper to each other because if Shelby opened her mouth and told Scott about why John was such a jerk, Scott would break off their engagement and Shelby could and would never forgive not just only John but herself!!

They drove about eighteen hours straight hardly stopping except to get a fast food service & the restroom. Then Scott walked her to her apartment and then Scott told Shelby what exactly happened with her and John!!

As Shelby and Scott went back to her apartment Scott was glad that Shelby was in one piece and Shelby was glad Scott was in one piece as well!!

She wanted Scott to hear the whole story of why John was terrible to her and that she was the only one who could make Scott listen but also she took a risk about her engagement to him and that she would and could lose Scott because she thought about John a whole lot as well!!

"John was mean to me and ignored me for the past six-to-eight months because he was undercover trying to get some corrupt DEA agents and he was going to go undercover without letting nobody know what he was doing!! Not even Bob, Bill, & Mark!!

He, only along with ten law enforcement personal, who were FBI, OPR, DEA Iternal Affairs, Washington DC police, state police, him, and two Assistant US Attorneys and these DEA creeps, there were about ten of them would ruin people's lives by wrecking their houses, arresting their parents and even grandparents in front of their children and/or grandchildren.

They were doing this for nearly five years and everytime an undercover agent from FBI, DEA, US Attorney's Office, State and Local police were exposed they would either beat the you know what out of them and/or even worse send their decapitated body parts to their families.

They killed in all, get this, for the past nearly six year over seventy people including law enforcement officials and innocent people and kids as well. They had no heart whatsoever!! :mad: :mad: :(

Sent over 300 people - yes 300 people from grandparents to parents to children and/or teens to federal, state, and city jail/prisons.

They took over $200 million dollars in cash, drugs(even money) and any and all kinds of drugs coke, cocaine, marijauana, grass, weed, etc, brought fancy homes and fancy condos and/or mansions with pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, with personal chefs, servants, maids, massues, everything, you named it they took it!!

So John volunteered to be one of the corrupt DEA agent and had to forgo for a month, a shower, shave, worked out with his martial arts, grew his hair long, smell really dirty and look the part.

He was forced to not only use discreation but was forced to act unpleasantly with not only his co-workers, families, friends, relatives, and me!!

It was hard for him because not only that but on top of all things, work 24/7 and sleep only for at least two hours to two minutes and had to eat, work, sleep, do anything and everything on the run and advoid all eye and/or any and every kind of contact with anybody because he didn't want his cover blown and/or he didn't want other people to get hurt. This had to stop and stop quick and soon!!

He thought that the operation would last up to about at least in-between one-to-three months but it lasted nearly a whole year because of the reason?? They kept changing plans at the last second/spur of the moment plans!!

John was once in the special forces/rangers groups and he was once lost for fifteen months and ate on stuff like bugs, ants, shoot and hunted animals with a group of twelve military elite people like the rangers, special forces, green berets, navy seals, and they lived on even the most dirtiest water ever!! So even though it has been years like when that happened, he still was used to it and military trained.

John then called himself "Johnny Callahan" and he and a group of agents did some of the most awfulest things that you could ever imagined!! They ruined not only the victims lives by death, prison, and/or even paralyzed them but their families lives as well!!

The OPR agent who had been four years in the US Marines and had martial arts and weapons experience and is a marksperson and even though she isn't good as John(Of course, he would deny this!!) she was tough and no-nonsense!! Don't mess with her!!

They went with the "DEA Rogue 12" or something like that they called the operation and in two weeks, went into six states and robbed and turned mainly the low-income, low-class, and poor neighborhoods where people from all races and all walks of life, African-Americans, Asians, Latinos, White people whom the corrupt agents dubbed "white-trash park".

Ransacked their homes and turned their houses into like a hurricaine even though their houses were just plain pitiful and their roofs and houses were leaking and very cold in most places.

The DEA got all of the drugs you can ever think of, the drug money, the fancy clothes, jewerly, cars, anything and everything!! It was so, so, awful you had to be there in order to see the place they turned all the houses in!!

Twenty houses, fifteen people arrested including a 75-year old grandfather facing up to 80 years in prison!! The kids, who were in the houses, were crying, told to keep quiet, and/or even had guns up to their heads!! John was forced to do that, which he hated.

Then as they collected over, get this $20 million in money, drugs, material stuff, the agents went out and drunk beer and ate at fancy restaurants like they could barely afford it!! When I said hello to him he just passed by and pretended either not to know me or that I was invisible. He went and saw a man tied up to a chair and was badly bruised and beaten!!

When they had the "suspects" in custody, they did every and all kinds of torture you can name like russian roulette and stranglation, interrogated them until they were in tears and crying so, so, hard!! Over many, many people were also piaxed to death and also electrocuted by having water thrown on them and getting shocked.

John was forced to shoot the "suspects" with a gun to his head but he shot them in either the leg, foot, or arm!! Then he was forced to electrocute a suspect in front of the man's wife and children!!

He interrogated the suspect and almost made the man cry and beated him with his martial arts and nearly cut his ear off(like the film Pulp Fiction!!) and then throw water on the man and then electrocuted him until he was "ALMOST BRAIN DEAD!!!"

The woman then rushed to her husband as with the kids and held him crying her brains out!! John after he was sent home for the day(like I said got only very, very, limited sleep from in-between three hours, three minutes, and/or three seconds) throw up and the woman gave him a very, very, mean look like "Why did you almost send my husband to his grave!!"

Then both Mark and Bill paid John a visit demanding what and why is he keeping both of them in the dark on his whereabouts!!

He then threatened to charge them with obstruction of justice and interferring in a federal investigation but both counterattack with threats of reckless endangerment and civil rights abuse and would tell the US Attorneys Office in DC and the State Attorney's Office and the State Police Commissioner Bob.

They really, really, meant it from the bottom of their hearts!! Then John told them about how the Corrupt DEA agents have been on a nearly six year terror of robbing over about $200 million dollars of drugs like coke, cocaine, and maraijauna and drug money.

And stuff like cars, jewerly, boats, and houses they had fancy houses with servants, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, also expensive club memberships at gyms, country clubs, bbqs all of the time with over 500 members of their families and their friends!!

One DEA Agent has like six mansions, a penthouse, a condo, and all the twelve agents have like more than four mansions, yachts, and other things like clothes and suits. It was disgusting since John is a yes man, he volunteered to go undercover. Both sides agreed to drop charges on each other but John warn both of them to not say a word or his cover would be blown.

Then as they kept quiet, John was used to spur of the moment last minute changes but he had not just his apartment tapped(John knew it and removed it in places he had like twelve wiretaps but put them right back after he finished with Bill and Mark) and his car was tapped and his whole entire work place was tapped.

He knew if his cover was blown he would not only be killed but his family, friends, relatives, workers on the state, city, county, and/or federal law enforcement level would be killed as well and that would be much, much, more worse.

In two weeks the agents arrested over twenty "suspects" interrogated them in front of their spouses, children and/or even grandchildren and killed about six and sent even a 75-year old grandfather and great-grandfather to about 80 years-that is right!!-80 years in federal prison in Terre Haute!!

He not only got his cover blown not once nor twice, nor three times but six times. He was forced to participate in brutal manoevers like throwing water on the suspect and electrocuting the person, chopped off body parts, WHICH WAS AND IS GROSS!!

And beat them to the pulp with John doing it mostly due to his armed forces and martial arts experience and even killing them with machine guns and stabbing them with machetas about in-between 50-200 times!! These men had no care in the world if they got caught or not and John had a gun and/or a machine gun to his head several times if he didn't participate in the "executions!!"

He was then going to a phone to call Bill and Mark and had a gun jammed into his stomach and his nose and they tied him up and they blindfolded him and put a hood(like the ones where they wear going to the electric chair) and drove him being gagged and drove about three to four hours from DC to Maryland.

There he was untied, blindfold and hood off, and then about three, very, very, huge buckets of water fell on him & he was soked and wet and then somebody with electric plugs came & electrocuted him three times that range from up to over 2500 volts to 500 volts and the "executioner" was none other than Bill!! Bill also had a hood on him.

Then one by one, there were over 100 families and THE VICTIMS THAT HE AND/OR THE OTHER DEA CREEPS TERRORIZED!! THERE WAS ALSO BOB!! HE WAS RED HOT STEAMING ANGRY AND THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES GAVE HIM THE MEANEST AND/OR THE DIRTIEST LOOK EVER!!

Then the man whom John nearly fried to death beat John to a pulp but John let him because he felt that the man had a right to be angry. The man beat John with a baseball bat. Then the families one by one told them how they wanted to get back at the DEA for ruining their families lives.

They said not just the victims whether dead, hurt either physically, mentally, and/or emotionally and/or doing time in prison federal or state but their families have been affected and not even bringing the rogue agents down but even a civil suit could and would not correct and soothe their pain or even worse bring back their loved ones already dead.

Then John assured the families that justice will be "swift, certain, and severe" and the guilty will be brought to justice. The US Attorney's Offices in DC and Maryland and the DA's office in Baltimore and Bill, Bob, and Mark promised to drop the civil rights violations, capital murder charges, reckless endangerment on a human being or beings, and/or entering private property without a search warrant.

If John would be the star witness and testify for the government. He apologized over and over and vowed he would make everything right and all up to the families until he went "to his grave". The families reluctantly forgave John as a little African-American boy asked his parents to because his parents taught him that.

Then the boy whom John was forced to shove back while arresting his grandfather after learning he was raised by his grandparents when his parents were killed on a mission trip to Iran and was with his grandparents since he was six as the boy had tears in his eyes, John picked him up and hugged him and asked if the boy, his name is Toby, would ever forgive him for being so mean, John with tears in his eyes, squgged Toby.

Mark agreed to be a "criminal" for the OPR and the OPR agent, herself trained in martial arts and one of the few women who were in the Navy Seals and a markswoman in guns and weapons, & to avoid federal interferrance and not let the DEA know what was going on for fear of the precinct being bugged, which they found over twenty to thirty.

But would put the bugs back up after the "secret conference room" talk, so that the group would find a way to take down the rogue agents and bring the families the justice they have been denied for nearly six and a half years.

John who is usually a yes person and never takes no for any, all, and/or every answers, challenges, opportunities, and/or tasks, almost quit the investigation for fear of hurting or even killing any more innocent people but the US Attorney, Bob, Bill, and Mark and the OPR agent told him not to give in and also they wouldn't let him and they were so, so, very close to shutting down the operation, once and for all.

Then as John was reporting to work the agent from the corrupt DEA told him there had been a slight change of plans but John always has been known for preparing all of his life for stuff like last second/spur of the moment/change in schedule. But this time, he was told something went wrong and that he needed to report to the Sr DEA agent in charge of the rogue agents.

As they took John to the main office, there the main agent, his name was Ickles, showed him a man tied up and with a sack of cloth over his head, and they found out what his real name is and who he was and found out he was investigating them after some "snitch" ranted out on him. They told John not to make use of his martial arts skills or be the hero.

Then the men shot the FBI agent over thirty times and then John threw up BIG TIME!!! Then one of the agents grabbed a huge machine gun and hit him big time in the stomach and knocked him unconcious and put a cloth over his head and tied him up. They drove him for hours and hours while he was in the trunk of the car and he knew he probably would lose his life to risk other innocent lives.

They drove him to a nearby field and the one of the agents who hit him with the machine gun also blindfolded John and then took his sack of cloth and blindfold off him and tape off his mouth as well and asked if he had any last words and John spat on him tied up.

Then as the agent pointed the machine gun at him with John shutting his eyes, he then at the very, I mean very last second, point the gun at the other agent and shot him in the leg. He then untied John and told him he was a special agent for the DC Bureau of Investigation and sorry he had to hit John but he didn't want his cover blown as well. They then tied the corrupt agent as John did a roundhouse kick on him to knock him out.

Then as the agent was turned in, he was given the choice of either the death penalty or ten years in prison and being the star witness. John reminded him of his wife and two kids. The man broke down and for nearly twelve hours, he explained the money was tempting and the chance for him and his family to be set for life.

And he, himself almost blew the whistle but then the DEA head agent told him if he didn't keep his mouth shut, he would be killed along with his wife and two kids with them shooting and killing them first in front of his eyes.

Nearly three years in their "sting operation". Then Bill & Mark suggested John play "dead" and plan for his "funeral" and stay out of public view for awhile. They protected John like the President of the United States.

The corrupt agents came to John's parents house and said that they were "sorry and griving a lost one of their own "family" as they like to call them. They made themselves at home and were very, very, obnoxious and rude. They stayed ninety minutes. Then left and were very, very happy about John being "dead".

John told his parents, siblings, and nephews and nieces to "act said and play along with it and expect the unexpected. Then when the agents left, John and Bill, Mark, and the Justice Department bugged the agents cars, houses, office, anything and everything of theirs while they celebrated John's "death".

With them having BBQ's and swimming at their fancy houses and drinking beer. The end was near. They were in for one of the real shocks, if not THE REAL SHOCK of their lives in law enforcment corruption ever in US history.

When the agents came and saw John's "funeral" and his family "crying" and the agents tailed them and John, as promised, laid low because if they found out he was really not dead, he would be killed but for real this time and his family would be killed, his whole entire family. John and the team bugged the whole entire cemetery and then when one of the agents, the head of the rogue agents, said that he paid the agents money to "kill John" that was when the US Attorney said "Take them down now boys!!"

The place was like a zoo and then the OPR and Bill & Mark arrested all of the agents on the spot in front of John's parents, siblings, nephews and nieces and other family and more "relatives" who were undercover internal affairs and police officials.

The agent who was the star witness then cut a deal with coroperating whole heartedly six years because his kids were very young but the US Attorney's Offices in DC, Baltimore and the State Attorney's Offices in DC, Baltimore, and two other states charged the agents with a whole tons and tons of charges coming upon them. The charges:

1. Obstruction of justice
2. Over nearly in-between 35-45 counts of first degree, second degree, and/or capital murder
3. Civil rights violations of people both dead and/or alive
4. Stealing over $150 million dollars of drugs, material things, cars, drug money, etc
5. Reckless endangerment on a person/people and/or private property
6. Falsfying evidence and/or falsly planting evidence on victims alive or dead
7. Entering the premises without search warrants
8. Holding prisoners against their will

They had over 100,00 hours of videotapes, 500,000 hours of audiotapes, over cassettes of 5,000 and 400,000 hours of tape recorders. They on their first day in court called the star witness:
John!!

The rogue DEA agents turned murders and criminal felons or soon to be had their eyes and mouths wide open and almsot collasped and John testified over ten days and gave the amounts of evidence, which had over about half a million documents and over get this 500,000 photographs.

After nearly eight weeks of testimonies, the corrupt DEA agents were found guilty on over 200 counts and over days and days did the families testified both for the ones who couldn't speak for themselves and/or the ones whose lives would never be the same. Their sentences:

Up to seven to thirty life terms without no chance of either parole or probation
Capital punishment for nearly thirty murders
Senteced to up to 60 years to life on over twenty counts each to run concurrently no parole nor probation as well
And over $500 million that is right $500 million dollars in fines that will be sent to the families of the victims and the victims.

Scott then had his mouth and eyes opened and Shelby had more to tell him.

John was trying to see me but then he heard from Bob that I was taking a vacation. He then, as I have told you Scott, he was shaolin and found out I had resigned from the only job I have ever, ever, been to!! Then he tried to call, e-mail, and/or even write notes and then when I came back and went directly to see you as I told you also Scott I wrote a "Dear John" letter.

He read it and was torn up and then he tried to go to my apartment. He even peeked in my journal that I had a lump in my breast and then he tried to search the hospitals and there he realized who you were and how much hate you had for what he did to me!!

He is usually a yes man to nearly 110% and never, have I ever, seen or heard him say no to anything!! But he would had said no had it not been for the heck he had put me through. He couldn't eat, sleep, and/or work even.

I was with the ICB at the wedding of one of many John's snitches and he jumped down my throat at letting one of the terrorists on the cruise ship go and then was driving a specially equipped car to go underwater.

And almost when John went into the boat he almost was eaten by a shark and I stood there and not one to gloat but held the rope to prevent him from falling into and getting killed. He then blamed himself over not thanking me for saving him.

Yet at the time he ignored me. I saved him again as he was teaching a group of Green berets martial arts and he was doing an exercise routine and almost had the rope broke and if the rope broke he would be killed or had he lived, paralyzed. I was walking on my lunch break and saw him and then I realized the rope was almost broke and then I held it again I saved his life.

Then please don't be angry with him Scott but while he was doing his best not to get caught by you and to see you gone to work, he came to the hospital every chance he got and sat by my bedside and touching me and talking to me while in a coma.

He also, when you were away on business, on his very, very, rare days off, he sat all day in the hospital. He didn't even go and eat and said he slept there as well.

I don't know if it is being shaolin but he knew the dates and days you were gone out of town. He gently was so, so, sorry and felt bad and when I was discharged, when he saw th two of us, John wished it was him holding me instead of you.

He told me things have not been the same since I left the ICB. Scott I love you but he is not a give-up type of person.

Scott then realized that John has done all this for her and though John had no choice but to be cold and distant and "forced" to act unpleasantly and made Shelby and held her as a sort of a "scapegoat" but felt he would get her killed an even worse, his whole family and co-workers.

Scott know probably that Shelby still carried a torch for John but he probably thinks that if Shelby said no, she would be lying to Scott but Shelby's eyes told the story that she will "caught between two men" that both loved her and needed her. Scott then sat on a bed next to Shelby and wanted some "straight answers from her!!"

"Shelby I want you to be honest with me and I know as well as you do but I really want to know if you still love both me and/or him because by the looks of your eyes, you seem to be caught between "a rock and a hard place" if you know what I mean and I won't get mad at any other way. Though I am still angry and upset at the way he treated you Shelby, it isn't as bad as it was now that I a little bit understand why John had to do what he did."

Shelby thought and thought for the right words to come up with and knew Scott was more smart enough to figure Shelby out and she knew that she didn't want to lie to Scott over her feelings for both him and John.

"Scott, I am not going to lie to you but even though I have feelings for you and loved you even more through the hard times when I almost died and getting through a horrible relationship with John, I just absolutely still love and carry a torch for him.

I know now he had to shield me and/or his whole entire family for fears of our lives and/or our safety and the lives of his fellow co-workers.

He sprung everybodys' lives and also made sure that the victims of the families both alive or dead would never, ever have to suffer again and made sure that they would be taken care of and for life, they will pay those families 100,000 yearly for any wrongdoing and/or misconduct on the rogue agents parts. But you are right!! I am caught between a rock and/or a hard place."

Then Scott sat on the bed with Shelby and held her hands and Shelby thought that Scott was going to break off their engagement.

Even though he was with Shelby through thick and thin he knew that John still loved her and was crazy about Shelby and needed her more than anything and that the "kidnapping" gave him no choice to have her hear John's side of the story and why he was such a jerk to her and understood if Shelby never forgave John at all and that somehow deep down, she would still stay with Scott.

"Shelby I want you to know and please take all the time in the world because I don't want to put you in-between a rock and/or a hard place but I will understand you will make the right decision and if you don't want this wedding to take place, even though it will hurt both of us and even though we both won't like it, I am more of a forgive and forget type of person than you and/or anybody else.

You have to make a decision. Who you want to chose. Either me or John? Take all the time in the world. I better be going now.

But if you chose me, I will be very happy. But if you chose John, I understand and don't want to make the mistake of another marriage like I did my first one. Take your time."

Then with that, Scott then put on his jacket and left and closed the door softly. Shelby was very, very, confused. She had to decide and she would hurt both men either good and/or bad or a little bit of both. It all fell up to her.

Shelby was surprised that Scott didn't get mad, nor call off their engagement, nor did anything in which that not just their relationship but also friendship could end in a heartbeat due to her feelings between Scott, who had helped her through thick and thin with her injuries and healing not just her being in the hospital.

But getting over a relationship but John, who did all the investiation to help the victims and their families and still loved her despite putting their relationship(that is if they still do have one) on the line and being near Shelby everyday while she was in a coma.

Shelby, still despite her anger towards John for treating her like garbage, now had an understanding on why he had to do what he had to do and it put a damper on both of them.

She knew that despite her feelings for both me, she would have to make a very, very, tough choice and a very, very, tough pick on which men that she liked because they both love and care for her and she for them. Shelby knew that also despite Scott telling her to take her time, she would have to chose soon. She went to be with tears in here eyes knowing that the choice would have to be soon.

Unbeknowest to Shelby, Scott went to John's studio apartment with John working out. John assured Scott that he would not hurt him and Scott promised in return not to turn John in. Both then talked while John catched his breath.

Scott: Shelby told me the whole story on why you had to treat her like the way you treated her John. Even though both of us are still a little angry at you and the way Shelby was treated by you, I can forgive you and admit in a reluctant but good kind of way, am proud of you for what you did for those victims both alive and dead and for their families.

They will have their lives back as it is just the beginning of what will be a "starting over" period for them and their loved ones not to mention over the $100,000 payment they will have for the rest of their lives annually to start anew how the DEA wrecked their lives. Shelby still has a hangover for you and she admitted it and didn't lie to me.

Shelby still loves you and that she isn't as you know a forgive and forget kind of person. But she can forgive she but can't forget all that you did for her. I told her to take her time but that she knows that a decision will have to be made in order to chose between the two of us. She is caught between a rock and a hard place here John.

She has been through hell and back and hell and back so, so, many, many, times and I feel like I am putting pressure on her again. I can't and/or don't want to put her in that position again but I have no other choice though!! Tell me and be honest with me, do you still love her and care about her despite all that has gone on!!??"

John then being careful with his words but without hesistantion told Scott:Scott, you know I wouldn't lie to you at all. Even though I have put her like you said through hell and back that I even lost count how many times after five times so, so, much and even making it up all for and/or to her for the rest of my whole entire life until I go to my grave, I have loved her and care about her so, so, much!!

More than you will ever, ever know and if you don't believe me that is fine with me but I have loved her ever since day one when I saw her for the very first time. I don't blame both of you for what I did and if you don't want to forgive nor forget, that is fine with me too because I deserve my "just desserts" punishment that you two are inflecting on me.

I feel very, very, bad that I held her to be a scapegoat on mistakes that wasn't even her fault at all. Like the one where she accidentally let a criminal go on mistake and I jumped down her throat and now if I could have had the chance to start all over again, I would do it all in a heartbeat. I know nobody has ever said the words "I'm sorry" and I will be the first to say that I am so, so, sorry about the suffering I put her and also you through Scott.

I am so, so, sorry that if I had to do everything and all things all over again, knowing that she told you I am over "850%" a "yes" man and never, ever, say no to anybody, everybody, anything, and all things, I would had said no to taking this case because it took me away from not only her but my whole entire family, friends, co-workers, relatives, everybody and it affected all of them.

I would had said no in a heartbeat and if I did, this would never, never, ever happen and take place at all. I am so, so, sorry for the way things turned out and everything. I didn't tell you also that she saved my life not once but twice but tried to go to her own business quietly and low-profile. I could had died because of her not being there.

Once at the cruise almost getting eaten by sharks and one almost falling on my back at the military camp where I was training recruits on martial arts. I owe her my whole entire life Scott.

If she chooses you, that will be fine with me and also because you helped her through thick and thin because she wouldn't be here living and alive or if she were alive, she would be paralyzed or lay down like a vegetable had it not been for you not letting that happen. I know she has a tough choice to make and I feel like I am putting her through a rock and a hard place too Scott don't think you are the only one!!"

Scott then looked at John and felt sorry. He knew John would take everything and anything back to undo the harm but the damage as both already knew was already done. John also knew that Scott still loved Shelby and that he would do anything to not let Shelby hurt nor have any and all kinds of pain ever, ever again and both knew Shelby had to make a choice between the two of them.

John knew that Shelby would be dead had it not been for Scott's love and helping her not ever dying nor being paralyzed. Scott knew that John was a caring, sensitive, and has a heart and soul of gold despite coming off arrogant and smart-alecky but means well with good intentions. Scott then got up to leave and before he did he told John:

"Whatever Shelby does, it will be up to her!! Whatever the outcome is, she will have a tough choice to make and it will both not only hurt her but hurt us as well whether she chooses me or you John but if she chooses you, I admit I will be disappointed. But I will have no other choice to accept it and that will be ok!! I will just have to live with it!! You know we both have been married before, and I don't want to make the same mistake all over again like I did with my now ex-wife.

I raised my daughter on my own ever since she learned her first steps. I know you not only want to be a husband after what your wife had been through but also hold a baby in your hands!! It is awesome fatherhood!! It will change your life. Things don't make since. You can tell me about your wife, and I can tell you about my daughter. Whatever happens happens!!"

John said: I love Shelby as you know and that whoever she chooses will be right for her and I will accept anything and all things. Scott if she chooses you, I will be disappointed but I will accept it as well, and I can't blame you for being mad at me. I definately want to be married and with plenty and plenty of kids!!

But if it isn't with Shelby I understand!! I am so, so, sorry for your first wife leaving and having raised your daughter on your own. My sister, who is remarried and has twins on the way, had her husband die of leukemia when he was only twenty-four and she was twenty-two, and she had to raise her boy, now seven on her own.

She knews what single parenting is and being two parents instead of one isn't easy at all. But she raised him up right. He is a straight A student and skipped a grade and is in sixth. Very intelligent. Give my congrats to her. Whatever happens, happens!! And Scott, thanks!!"

Scott replied:No John, thanks are for you in return!! Take care now!!" As Scott left, John worked out his martial arts again.

Then Shelby was reading her bible and doing her devotions after doing her aerobics and yoga. Shelby knew that would ease the stress and/or pressure off her but she still felt very, very, worried.

Scott has been with her thick and thin when she almost died after that car wreck and the chages Scott told Shelby were less than 5% to none of her living and also if she did make it out alive the chances were also less than 5% of her walking and being paralyzed either from the neck or waist down and Shelby much rather die and gone to heaven to ease her pain and let it all go away and see the face of Jesus.

But Christ was like telling her that "Shelby, I know the pain and heartache you are going through but it isn't your time to go. When it is your time to go, then it is your time to go. Shelby, people need you and that people love you whether you think they do or not. Your work isn't done at all. Go in peace and I will be with you through thick and thin.

Shelby then got a phone call. It could be either John or Scott as she kind of dread the call. It was Scott.

"Shelby I thought you might want to know and if you are upset about this it is fine but I went to John's studio apartment, which is very, very, nice and big than I can and/or could ever imagine. But anyway I went there and told him though both of me and you were a disappointed at the way John treated you, I forgave him and I told him you did too despite having a hard time forgiving and/or forgetting but you did forgive despite having a little bit of anger and hurt against him and I ask you Shelby not to be mad at either of us.

I also told John that I was proud of what he did for all those victims either alive or dead and their families that they will get paid over $100,000 annually for the rest of their lives though money can't and won't ever, ever, make up for the pain, destruction, and hurt that all of those victims and families had to go through.

I told him that I felt like I was putting you between a rock and a hard place and even though I told you to take your time, which I want you to do because if you want to postpone the wedding or call it off, that is going to be up to you. I admit I wll be disappointed but also I told him and now I am telling you that I already had a first marriage and don't want to ever make that mistake with what happened with my first wife.

I am sure you don't want to make that mistake your first time knowing that you are an old-fashioned person and marriage is a one-time only commitment and unity that is sacred and you want to do it right the first time and only the first time.

John said he would had done the same thing if he were in my shoes. John also feels that he has also have you caught between a rock and a hard place too and both of us Shelby, I mean both of us, feel really, really guilty about putting you and having you stuck in the middle of this so-called "triangle."

Shelby then told Scott: "Scott, I will admit that I still have feelings for both of you. You for helping me when I almost could had died and if I lived through my accident, I would had never, ever walked again. But you didn't want that for me and you did your best to make sure that would never ever happen all thanks to you I owe you my life and don't say I don't because I do!!

But I also love John because he is the first man that I have ever had a relationship with and also he is the first man, since I really kind of stay away from men with the exception of my dad, you, your family, and nephews(also nieces) because I never told you this but I just find men to be inferior for some reason but you men are exceptions.

I thought I would never get married, much less engaged or much less never have a relationship and/or even a man for a best friend. Despite what John did and I can like you said Scott never forget but can and will forgive so that I won't hold a grudge until I am 100 if I live that long, against him.

I might not be able to get married to you or much less have a relationship with you Scott and/or even with John. I just don't want to make the same mistakes I made like you with your first marriage and John was married and wants to be a dad.

And I don't want to let the romance flicker out and I admit that it has a little for both you Scott and John. I don't know what I will do!!" Cried Shelby.

Scott then assured her that things will work out for the best. "Shelby I know both me and John are putting you through a lot and John is sincere though he can come off arrogant and a jerk at times he makes up for it big time with his heart and his love not just for children I have already found out but with you as well.

Shelby, you think that I am mad at you and I admit to being a little disappointed but if I was caught between a rock and a hard place, I would be so, so, confused and/or messed up.

But please take your time because if you take your time, you will make the right decision and you will be very, very, wise and I will be praying for you as will your family, friends, relatives, and also John.

John says that things at the ICB hasn't been the same since you resign and he and everybody there really, really, miss you and desparately need you and even though you like your new job though I wouldn't call it new anymore but I have seen your eyes and know by your looks and your movements that you miss it there as well.

If you resign, I am sure your bosses and co-workers will understand because everybody will miss you there if you do decide to quit and hand in your resignation but also ICB will gain back their #1 employee.

Your heart and soul as John said outweighs the over 20,000 agents and 35,000 other employees and that you help them laugh at life and smile. Shelby they miss you but the decision is up to you. Well, go to bed and try to rest. See you in the morning. Love you!!" "Love you too Scott!!" Both kissed each other on the phone and Shelby went to bed knowing that some of the pressure was off if not all.

Then Shelby was up all night after only getting in four hours of sleep and she was very, very, confused since both men admitted their love for her but both denied if she chooses one of them one would be lucky and one would be very disappointed but that choice would hurt her either good or bad more than John or Scott.

Shelby watched some informericials and was also working out some aerobics and thought "Even though choosing one of the men will hurt one or the other and/or make one or the other happy, I wished that there were so-called happy endings but not in the real, real, world.

It has to happen though both have told me to take my time and take all the world but I feel that a answer will have to come soon and quick and also Scott and John will both have to learn both of their fates soon and quick as well. Either way it will hurt all three of us good or bad. But we shall see!!"

Shelby then heard the phone ring. She picked it up.
"Hi Shelby are you sleeping, it''s John!!"
"John, being shaolin, you know I am up and I bet you are thinking what I am thinking."

"Yes Shelby, I have been thinking the same thing as you already got a call from Scott that about he going to my place and seeing me and talking about all three of us. Not just me and you, or Scott and me, or Scott and you. You know what I mean. This affects what and however the outcome turns out between all three of us good, bad, and/or both.

Scott has helped you through thick and thin. If it wasn't for him and you being in the hospital, I might not be talking to you right now. Scott couldn't and wouldn't make you die because God knows and everybody, Scott, ICB, your parents, and me also, and also yourself as well, knew it wasn't your time to go because God has a whole life planned for you and your future is only beginning.

Scott also wouldn't let you never, ever, see to it that you would be paralyzed in a wheelchair either from the neck down or waist down. He loved you and care about you so, so, very, very, much but it seems you are leaning toward him most definately."

"John, just because Scott helped me deal with my being in the hospital doesn't mean that I am leaning toward saying yes to him and no to you John. Because I am leaning one way toward you John and one way toward Scott. You both care about me and love me.

Sure Scott wouldn't let me die or never walk again. But also John, you came and visited me at the hospital but didn't want Scott to see you for fear of retailiation and sending you to your grave as well and would be much, much, more worse. To be honest, even though back then I didn't like the way you try to let me break off my engagement to Scott & kidnapping me, it was the best thing because it proves to me that you really have and still have feelings for me.

You gave me a huge backrub and I remember before all you know what broke lose, you gave me backrubs that made me feel less stressful and less tense and felt like I was on cloud nine. You still want only the best for me like Scott and care about my health and welfare. What you did for those families and their loved ones, dead or alive.

Even though they will never forget the pain that they suffer or things can't go back with the snap of the fingers like I Dream of Jeannie, it will take time and what you did for them was a huge, huge, start and a beginning. So it was good you were there or otherwise it would get much more worse and lives still ruined forever."
John then tried to deflect the credit and gave it to the families and the others who helped out in the investigation.

John then placed the receiver over his lips: Shelby you are all I have ever thought about when I layed my eyes on you. Even before the hell I put you through and don't say that I did it in a good kind of way because I did both in a good and/or at the same time bad kind of way.

I feel like that I made you out to be a scapegoat and I would in a heartbeat, or like you said, with the snap of the fingers, not ever, ever, put you through the horror and humiliation that I did again because I almost not only ruined our relationship but destroyed it and almost lost you four times. Twice when you rescued me from the sharks and/or falling on my back.

Once for you having a lump on your breast. And again for having you in a coma after your car wreck, in which you again beat the odds but very, very, barely when you had a less than 5% chance to none to live and/or worse, never walk again and be in a wheelchair. I don't know what I would do about you because it would be hard for me seeing you in a chair than for you being in one because it will be all because of me.

Don't say so otherwise because it is true. I will owe you the rest of my life forever and forever. If you chose Scott, I know I will admit to disappointment but also feel like you would have made the right choice and also know that you have somebody that cares and loves you and will be there for you.

That will be fine with me and I will know that I will have to accept it and if I were in both of your shoes, I would be caught and stuck in a rock and a hard place. And I would have to move on with my life as well like I did when my first wife died and/or when Scott's wife left him to raise his daughter. You only have my best interests in mind Shelby. Get some rest and some sleep but I will be thinking of you and about you. Love you!!"

Then Shelby went to bed and dreamed a dream: Shelby was dancing and also was hugging Scott and then she kept holding hands with him and then was walking with him. Then all of a sudden, she saw a man with a dozens and dozens of roses and daises. It was John. Scott was in a suit while John was in a tuxedo. John then gave her the roses and daises.

She then was pulled by her left arm by John and pulled on her right on by Scott. Both kept clamoring for Shelby's attention and for her admiration. She was caught between two men that loved her and cared for her. But then she woke up and found the clock to be at 6:30 am.

Time for her to go to work. She then got up and went to work. She found on her desk the flowers - yes!! - the roses and daises as she dreamed were from John. She then picked up the card and it read: Shelby, how you decide will be up to you. Whatever the outcome is, I will accept it but still will be thinking of you. And always will love you no matter what occurs. Sincerely, John.

Then as she picked up the flowers and picked up the phone all she got was John's answering machine and she thanked John and is glad to accept the fact that whatever the outcome is, the outcome can't and won't be changed but deep down as she hung up, she knew no matter what happens nor what occurs, John will be watching her like he was her guardian angel.

Shelby knew that John couldn't and wouldn't give up so, so, easily on her no matter what happened to them the past nearly two years.

John just is crazy about her and meant every word of making everything and all things up to her for the hell he so, so, much put her through. John also meant to Shelby that if he could ever, ever, do it all over again, he would do so with a magic wand and in a heartbeat since John, no matter with a restrainging order, or going to his superiors, or having bodyguards beat him up, he was like the energizer bunny that kept going and going and going.

But also Scott meant a whole lot to her as well. Scott helped her through thick and thin getting over a relationship and though not one to gloat, she helped him over his very, very, brief marriage and raised his daughter the way he should and gave his daughter kind of like the mother figure she had never, ever have since they both had so, so, much in common.

Scott didn't want to make a mistake in getting married then regretting it a second time and Shelby didn't want to make the mistake a first time nor hurt Scott after all that he did for her and that she and Scott would be best of friends no matter if she choosed John. But Scott helped her not go to an early grave.

It was Scott who helped her not be paralyzed. Scott helped her both physically and mentally. But John also helped Shelby both emotionally and sentimentally open up her feelings.

Then Shelby got a call. It was Scott and also his daughter was in town so that they both needed to talk to her and Scott's voice sounded urgent. Scott said it was about their relationship and that she and he didn't need to worry but Scott needed to speak with her and that he felt that he had to do the right thing.

Shelby then knew that the best time would be a 1:00 since the 11-1 pm rush hour would be gone and that she would want to speak to him in a quiet setting and thought that his daughter, with whom both did their best to include and not make her feel left out.

And acted like it was between the two of them only and Paige enjoyed Shelby's company going to Redskins games, out to a movie, out to eat, looking at art galleries, going to children's hospitals, liking the same kind of music every chance that Paige was home from studying and Shelby not working.

Either with her and/or with Scott and Paige together with Shelby. So Shelby grabbed her stuff and other things and went to the nearby bistro where Scott and Shelby had lunch daily both as friends and/or also as a couple. Then Shelby kissed Paige as well. Then Scott turned serious.

After nearly three months had gone by, and even though Scott and Shelby went out on dates four nights a week and spent the weekend together by going to libaries, movies, picnics, and other outings, both agreed on several things.

Despite loving and caring for each other, the "romance" part wasn't there like it use to be so that was gone.. And also though they had so much going for them and doing their best to make the relationship work, the "atomsphere and chemistry" were still there but very, very, barely, because both knew something was going on with each other.

After nearly four months of being engaged something had and must be done or else something bad woruld happen. So Scott called Shelby in for a "conference" and Shelby thought it was good to involve Paige since Paige calls Shelby "a mother, a sister, a friend, and a teacher.

Paige also knew something was wrong with her dad and Shelby so she, and not Scott decided something had to be worked out and that is when Scott and Paige asked Shelby to come meet them. Scott then took Shelby by the hand and said some very, very, important things to her:

Shelby, the last thing I want to do is break up our engagement and also the other last thing I want to do is get married and have one of us regret not getting married for all the wrong reasons. It has been nearly four months since we became engaged. Like I told you about not making the same mistake about not letting another marriage not work for the same reason like my first and brief one.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you more because this hurts me telling you more than it hurts you telling me but I feel like that the romance, glow, love, and/or chemistry isn't what it used to be though you still are madly in love and crazy about me and I am still crazy about you and love you and will keep loving you no matter what occurs.

But I also know you don't want to make a mistake about not having a relationship for all the wrong reasons like with John and how he treated you and how he so much is still madly in love with you and thinks about you everyday, every night, anytime, all the time even being forced to use discreation and forced to act unpleasantly.

But I don't hate John that much at all though I have a little anger but it has been strinking a whole lot towards him. I admire and respect him. I know both you and I were brought up to be structured people and not known to liking change at all unless it is like when you almost died after being hit by a car.

But almost all of the time, change is excellent and comes out the way it should had come out for the better of not just the person making the change but also for the person and/or persons' involved in order to make them better people.

I know you are not a forgive nor forget person but you forgave John for all the pain and hell he has put you through and I am the same way though not one to gloat but I have almost forgotten what he had done for those families. You have the bad stuff and can't get it out of your mind and your heart but by the look in your eyes, you are seeming to not bear any grudge and forget those rotten and awful things.

Shelby, if not just John but me also could go back and do the things all over again, anything and/or all things, we would have gone back and do and start all over again. John would had whole-heartedly say no to taking this case because it not only affected his relationship with his family, friends, co-workers, but mainly with you.

I know what he says and means what he says and/or says what he means and he would love to wave a magic wane and let it all go away but things can't and won't go back with the snap of the fingers.

I shouldn't had gotten mad at all at John because in my religion as with yours but both of us are different Shelby, I should had not liked the "things" he has and/or had done but still he should be held accountable for his actions/choices/words. But him, I don't hate. I rather admire him and respect him through those difficult months.

Shelby, I would be lying through my teeth and saying that John don't loves and cares for you and you do the same with John because you both seem to love each other and care and madly in love ever since what happend nearly four months ago.

I think it would be best for both of us to end our engagement and understand it has nothing to be held in a grudge nor anything and all things against you and it is not anybody's fault and/or are held accountable for their mistakes. Not your fault, my fault, John's fault, and/or nothing personal though I admit to being a little disappointed as well as you.

I think you and John belong with each other and he really hurts for you and I know you hurt for him. Not just end our engagement will help us not just physically but be healthy for not just both of us but John as well, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually because I know you don't also want to make a mistake and marry me also for the wrong reasons and be in a loveless and unhealthy, physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually, and unhappy marriage like the "seven-year itch".

(Scott and Shelby do their best to chuck a bit though this is hurting Scott saying this more than it hurts Shelby hearing it)and I want you from the bottom of my heart because I am saying this and also mean this, go to John. He is so, so, lonely.

Though he loves his whole entire parents, brothers, sisters, nephews and/or nieces, very popular with his co-workers, other and every and all kinds of law enforcement federal, state, and local, nothing will ever, ever, be the same without you. He is so, so, empty as a shell and so, so, hurting and in pain.

Only you can bring that to him and stop the hurting not for him but for you as well. I am, like I said not saying this just to only say this but mean it as well, Go to him because he is mad about you and in love with you. But the choice and/or the decision is going to fall on you Shelby. You have to make that choice. I made my choice and so has John. Now it is for you to make that choice and seal the deal. You have to follow your heart and/or your soul instead of your mind and/or instincts.

Shelby then admitted something to Scott and Paige but both were ready and waiting for the answer: Scott and Paige, the last thing I want to do is hurt both of you and also hurt John as well. Paige, your dad is just once heck of a not just attorney who doesn't act like he's Mr-Know-It-All nor also a Better than though kind of person.

He helped me when I was getting over my relationship with John and also he provided for me both mentally and emotionally as well as physically. He helped me when I almost lost my life after being nearly killed by that drunk-driver. He made sure that I not only lived but also not be in a wheelchair from the neck up and/or the neck down.

He helped me through thick and thin. Even though I love you Scott and we had so, so, much potential in our relationship until John came back and wanted to come back into my life after all that had happened with him being undercover and also he loved and cared about me that even in the times when I was recupperating, he was undercover, and/or when I broke up(or thought I did), he was watching me sleep in my apartment bed at night.

[U]He admitted that even though he didn't know me at first and introduced himself way, way, before we became friends and then going out together wasn't the first time he was in my room and also not the last. He saw me back after you left to go back to Texas Scott.[/size][/font]

He was afraid to introduce himself for fear that you, Scott, were my boyfriend at the time. He then got the courage, nearly two years later to be friends with him. He is not much of a sleeper but when he saw me, he slept in peace he told and stayed there like in-between 2-4 hours. There was a basement under the apartment complex that I didn't know about until he told me the day I was kidnapped from you Scott.

He knew not to come on the days that you were with me Scott. But ever since he has been trying to get a hold of me in any shape, size, and/or form, I kind of had feelings but at the same time, harbored hatred towards John. John was, as you both already know, a risk taker!! John would have to take that risk in getting me or else John would lose me to you Scott.

John explained how he still had feelings for me and how he had made a mistake for watching me suffer and that even if both you and I got married Scott, John wouldn't care if a restraining order, have a gun near his temple, and/or anything, John would still find a way, though I don't know how he does it, to get to me. By showing that he sent me gifts, e-mails, regular mail, calling me, everything and/or all things, that shows me that John really, really cares for me. And I admit that I care for him now deeply and with affection.

[B]But here is the kicker Paige and Scott, I can forgive him for the hell he has put me through but even though I seemed to not be forgetting all that he has and/or had done, it isn't as bad as it was back then after he discussed it with me very, very, accurate, clear, and lengthy. I do have so, so, much feelings toward him as well as you Scott. But it is hard to decide. But if you want me to go to John, what will happen to you and Paige??

Paige: Shelby, you have been not just my stepmother to be but my real mother and sister that I never, ever, had. But I really want you to be happy and Scott and I think that John is the man for you after showing his affection through as you said those gifts and mail both post-office and/or e-mails. He also really seems to care after his wife died. Dad told me about him and his wife and how desperately he wants a family. If you chose John, both of us want you to know that you and also John, are welcomed at our house for dinner, movies, or just to hang out.

I think it is important that you, me, and dad, both just as friends, and/or something a little bit and/or much, much, more, still be on friendly and wonderful terms and also please, I want you to attend my graduation come May and also want to go out to eat and/or to the movies and/or Redskins games because you have given me more of a woman's perpesctive than my own mother could have ever, ever, do.

I did my best five or six times to reconcile and dad did the same for the next ten years but to no avail she didn't want anything to do with us like you did and we just both gave up and even though this seems unlikely, we need to give her a chance to reconcile because in our faith, we should forgive the enemy, just like John. If you chose him, Dad and I will admit to a little disappointment and a little envy but still better both you and dad, Shelby not make the same mistakes by getting married and the affection, chemistry, and/or love, though still there and the craze for you two for each other, not be there just even a little or worse, nothing at all.

You see, Paige, I didn't grow up with siblings being an only child like you but you grew up with more men and I grew up with in between both since my parents have siblings and your dad too.

I want you to know that you mean everything to me and I want you to be happy as well. Scott, I still want to be your friend no matter what occurs and no matter how things turn out and I will be honest with you and not to make you and/or Paige mad.

But John kidnapping me was the best thing that had ever happened though it wasn't at the time but he proved that he still cares for me and cares for everything and even if you don't want to believe this that is fine,but he cares for you and wants to not make an enemy out of you. Whatever happens, well, it happens!!

Scott: I know he never meant to hurt either me and/or you Shelby and I don't also want to be his enemy but I think that you should go to him because he still cares for you and would die if he didn't have you. If he never found you at all Shelby, he would still be haunted and/or hesistant to begin a new relationship after his wife died.

Paige and I have each other and if you chose him, which I deep down hate but have to admit, I still want to be a part of not only your life but John's life and see if both John and I can be friends without his martial arts moves(chuckles Scott and Shelby) but I just wished that this hurt, pain, and/or suffering would just go away and never happen and even John admits that if he could do things over, he would and could.

Shelby, that man is hurting more than me but nowhere hurting more than you. Go to him. Please this not only comes from my mouth but from the bottom of my heart, he needs you and/or also you need him!! Please, I insist!!

Paige: Don't do this to make us happy but to make you happy because your happiness counts more than ours. Don't worry if you make us upset because the only way and the only true feelings you will have is if you go to that somebody and/or someone that really, really, truly and wholeheartedly care about and want to not make a mistake a second time.

Shelby he really loves you a lot and wants nothing but the best for and/or to you and wants you to be happy. You might never get another chance again. He is the one!!

Shelby and Paige were doing their best to work out how things might come between them and also Scott but both what Paige and Scott were saying hit a nerve with Shelby because she didn't want to hurt them in any and/or all shape, size, and/or form.

She wanted to be like the "mother" for Paige despite her being nearly ten years older that could pass as Paige's older sister and plus both are only childs and she wanted to be more of a sister and/or teacher to Paige so that they both, with the exception of Shelby's mother, have both of them have a female role model in their lives and to rely on each other.

But Paige assured Shelby that no matter what occurs and/or the decision that has to be made, they still will be best friends and also do things since they have a lot in common. Shelby then went to the restroom and then thought and thought for a long, long, time.

Shelby was in the restroom for a long, long, time. "I want to go to John because it shows that he still loves me and that he still cares for me and that despite all that has happened to both me and him, I still love him and also that he is not a quitter and also he doesn't give in despite if the odds were stacked against him a billion to one.

But Scott has given me the security, family life despite loving and caring for my parents, like having a female figure in his daughter's life and also, my life as well because he has been the only person in her life that had to be the father, mother, siblings, teacher, friend, confidant, all to name a few.[/color]

Scott really seems to want me to go to John and I must admit that my body and eyes want Scott but it is my heart, soul, and mind that really, really, count. And they lean toward John mainly. We shall see I guess!! Wonder who Scott was talking to on his cellphone."

[FONT=Geneva]Then as Shelby went out from the restroom and saw Scott, Paige, and most surprisingly John as she approached the trio. Shelby then went as Scott needed to meet with her in private.

Scott: Shelby you can, as well as John always come and meet with both me and Paige, and I want you to, not just from the bottom of my heart but Paige's as well, go to John because he is right for you and you are right for him because you two look like you belong to each other and that you two also look like both lonely and lost souls looking for that special somebody/someone.

If you both want, you two and/or just you can come and both you and me can have friendly lunches but only as friends and keep our friendship platonic as much as possible so that people won't think we broken our friendship and/or seeing each other behind John's back and/or anybody else's think that something is "happening" between us.

I told John that if it was ok and he gave me a giant yes and also a "thumbs up" and he has also taken to Paige as well and both seem to hit it off as well. John desperately wants a family as well as you do.

Shelby, nothing matters to me more than your happiness and also for me not to make another marriage gone south and for you to have another relationship gone south as well. Please, go to John because I am "releasing you unto John's care because it would not only make both of you happy but me and Paige as well instead of being miserable. Go to him."

Then John and Shelby spent all of their time holding hands and eating out, go to movies and theatres, and also they were inseperable and also as promised, they maintained a friendship with both Scott and Paige as Scott had and has forgiven John for all that he put both Shelby and Scott through.

Shelby would want it that way. Also she tried to be the mother and also sister figure for Paige because both were only childs and both also wanted to be involve in each others' lives.

Paige was almost done with her degree and she invited John and Shelby over for her commencement as she graduated summa cum laude and gave thanks to not just Scott but Shelby as well, which she whispered it was nothing at all to it.

Shelby also got into the martial arts as John was so, so, patient and so, so, kind since she was a novice to self-defense. John had over 2,000 trophies, plaques, and also 1,000 certificates.

John was so, so, caring and understanding of Shelby and her feelings. John called about four times a day when Shelby was at work and Shelby called twice a day and unless it was a very, very, important case, John did his best to only be seperated from Shelby no more no less than four days tops.

John was a wonderful cook and cooked her Italian foods and also Chinese foods as Shelby made him a nice juicy steaks and chicken. Shelby and John then traveled places like his native Canada and also took a couple of cruises and Shelby and John just were so in love and crazy about one another and John respected her wish not to have intercourse until marriage.

They also went to France, England, China, Japan, among other places since both booked two weeks off and took the weekends off as well and Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also sometimes, Scott and Paige accompanied them as well.

Then after nearly two years of dating and also nearly four years of knowing each other, John was in a tuxedo with suspenders, then with the classical music on top of John's complex, John then got down on one knee and then he said: For all I have put you through and for all that I have done.

I will never, ever, be able to make up for all I did and will take that to my grave no matter what you and/or I say or do. But Shelby, you mean the whole world to me and that you mean everything I have ever hoped for and I want to settle down and have a future and a huge family with lots and lots of kids. Will you be my wife??" Shelby was choked up and yelled, "Yes! Yes!!" They both hugged and they both kissed each other.

Then, both planned the wedding that kind of shocked Shelby because when John married his first wife, they were married in only jeans, white t-shirt for John and a black t-top for her, and boots in the courtroom.

Both in the Canada courthouse in Vancouver and in a New York City courthouse. John wanted a Catholic wedding and a Baptist wedding. John's siblings and parents were very helpful and got along with Shelby really, really, well.

Give her the siblings that she never, ever have. Shelby got John into yoga and aerobics as John got her into the martial arts and she already got an orange belt in karate.

John then went to his late wife's grave and told his wife that he has found true love and that he thought that he could never find love again until he met Shelby and that John said that he loves her and will always remember her in his heart and soul. And to do something else.

To give not just Shelby but him and his late wife the family that he and his wife never, ever, had. That was a promise to keep as he layed flowers on her grave.

Then after nearly a year planning, both John and Shelby would have both a Catholic priest and a Baptist preacher and unlike John's first two but very, very, simple and informal weddings that only had a friend for the Canadian wedding at the courthouse and the second with only two of John's best buddies as witnesses and also as a small crowd of three buddies at a small church and also no honeymoon at all.

Because John and his first wife had to be back at school and work , both of them would have over 1,000 guests and also a dinner the night before which had John's Canadian traditions and values and Shelby's American values and traditions.

They then ate a huge dinner since John never also had a huge dinner the night before his weddings. Shelby hoped that it would make up all the lost time but John told her that it just did because of her love and care for her and her for him. John then kissed Shelby good night after having friends and family members for the reception dinner of 500.

John wanted to see his bride the first time which will be not until the midnight. And as to tell Scott that he doesn't hold any and all grudges against him and/or the other way around, John had Scott as his best man, which was an honor as Scott also found a lady with three children of her own to make sure Paige also had plenty of siblings as he will adopt them as his own.

The wedding took place at 7:00 pm as John on Saturday looking handsome as the groom with a gray cutaway and Shelby with the wedding dress that her mom made. She wore it as her dad gave her away as both of her parents have forgiven John for the hell he put Shelby through.

The wedding was beautiful and went off the way everybody wanted as the groom had the strawberries in chocolate cake that Shelby loved and the white cake for the bride. Shelby and John then left in his Dodge Stealth after throwing rice at the couple. Shelby sold her apartment and John sold his loft but has a huge garage for of gym/martial arts/weight training equipment.

They would wake up early and work out. Shelby and John honeymooned for two weeks in Canada in Vancouver and his native Toronto and in Denver and Montana. After two years of being together, both were estatic when Shelby was expecting her first child but instead of one there were two!! Twins!! Shelby would take a year off from her job to be a mom as she gave birth to a twin boy and girl.

Then, John named his son, Brennan Colby Radford and Shelby named her daughter, Nelah Grace Curry. Both were doting parents and John took every part of his free time with Shelby and the twins. John relished being a dad and also he loved children that he and Shelby also volunteered teaching martial arts and aerobics at the Boys & Girls Club in DC.

And as much as John loved Shelby's cooking, Shelby loved John's backrubs. Both were inseperable and before they had children, both would take walks, bicycle, work out, go to bookstores and libraries, and history. John and Shelby also had one thing in common.

They hate shopping for clothes unless it was shoes and shirts that they liked. They would go on being a family of four to a family of eight as John opened up a chain of martial arts studios that went from five studios to nearly thirty in the DC area and the states surrounding DC.

Also, John and Shelby had their parents and/or siblings take care of the six kids, their twins, four adopted, two boys one Japanese and one Latino, two girls, one African American and one Sioux Indian took one weekend a month to get away from the hustle and bustle to be together just the two of them.

Like to the Pocohnos, Mountains, and just a hotel nearby to be with their children. Also they allowed four weeks vacation for both of them. Three with the kids and one by the two of them. All of them were a loving and caring family.

Though John left law enforcement after nearly twenty-seven years to run a martial arts business which he could stay with the kids during the day and run his dojo for five nights a week and have the weekends off and Sunday off is a must for them to go to church. Both were inseperable with each other and their children. And hopefully, their children's children.
