I just got the new issue of TV Guide in the mail today. It has Reba McEntire on the cover. The Letters page has a letter from Samantha Browne-Walters' father. Here's what the letter says...
Life Without Bonnie
"I am Samantha Browne-Walters' father, and we all give Life With Bonnie a Jeer [Chhers & Jeers, October 18]. Not for the firing of Sam, but for the producers' nonreaction. After seven months of shoots, a request for me to submit her for an Emmy and a trip to L.A. for the upfronts, she was fired with no explanation and no word from Bonnie Hunt. Sam is hurt by the hypocrisy and callousness of those involved."
