He never seemed to have a job. What's the deal? Was he rich?

He won like 18,000 at the race track, he mooched alot of off Jerry.

I know he was a moocher, but living in the city ain't cheap, I should know. Did he have any jobs?

He was on strike from the bagel place, he acted like he worked at the one office, um not sure what else.

I don't know who his father was, but his mother was a bathroom attendant. So, you know she didn't make to much for Cosmo to inherit.

He also gambled a lot at one time. Hmm I know there were other things ...

He got $20 from the bank when they only greeted him with a "hey".

 That would go far in NYC. He took a lot of free stuff from people, food, gloves, bikes, Jerry's grampa's clothes, condoms, police tape - maybe he sold it on ebay.

I remember George saying that he fell ass-backward into money or something like that. It seemed to imply inheritance.

. . . and don't forget he once modeled for Calvin Klein -- he also wrote a coffee table book about coffee tables -- and he was the co-inventor of the bro (or the mansiere).

I think tattoored66_ nailed it best with the "fell ass-backward into money" thing, that's just the K-man... hell, he doesn't even have to carry a wallet.

...but to sumarize,
H & H Bagels from The Strike.

He also was known to Pimp when he needed to fatten his bankroll.

I guess The Bottle Deposit scam didn't render much coinage...

LOL, Im wondering how they made it back home. Im also guessing that the Build-your-own-pie didnt go very far after Poppie freaked out over the toppings.

Another one I don't think was mentioned was lifegaurd from the Muffin Tops.

He was a lifeguard? I don't remember that.

Let's not forget Cosmo's corporation Kramerica, where he launched many schemes.

One of the funniest aspects of Kramer was that he managed to get through life with absolutely no discernable means of income.

Remember when Kramer entered and announced he was retiring and moving to Florida?

Jerry's reaction was classic.

It was a good scene.
Remember... it was when he was showing hairless Jerry (out of the audience's view) why he shouldn't be shaving down there:

KRAMER: You can't keep this up. Don't you know what's going to happen? Everytime you shave it, it's going to come in thicker and fuller and darker.

JERRY: Oh that's an old wives tale.

KRAMER: Is it? Look at this.

(Kramer goes off-screen. On-screen, Jerry reels from the sight.)

KRAMER: (high pitched voice) Look at it! Look at it! And it's all me. I shaved there when I was a lifeguard.

JERRY: Oh come on. That's genetics. That's not going to happen to me.

I can't believe you forgot this:
after the coffee table book, a company paid him big bucks to do a movie adaptation!

What about the Cigar Store Indian, Elaine gave him. He sold it for $500 bucks, and that's how he met the publisher for the coffee table book. He then made a guest appearance on Regis & kathy-Lee to promote his book. You know he got paid for that.

That Indian was another Freebie off of Jerry via Elaine.

Hey Geo - good work on the photo gallery. :clap

He probably doesn't need much.
He doesn't carry a wallet & "he gets by."

1) get a job as a "seat filler" at the Tony awards
2) get a job chasing after balls at a tennis game
3) win a lawsuit which got him a lifetime supply of free coffee
