Everyone thinks girlfiriends copied off satc but they are the real copycats. everyone knows satc copied off of living single, four single woman looking for love. carrie is Kadijah (the stars), samantha is regine(over-sexed), charlotte is synclaire(silly one's), and miranda is max(work obsessed):D :D

Kadijah, Regine, Synclaire and Max are from Living Single.

I like both shows, Living Single and Girlfriends.

Actually, Sex and the City was a book before it was made into a show. A lot of people think that satc was the copy cat show, but really, both shows made an entrance in the same year - one was picked up by cable, while the other was left in the land of pilots (take one guess which). I enjoy both shows - but Girlfriends is by far the most entertaining.
