Was he ever on Seinfeld? I could've sworn I've seen him in an episode. I don't remember which one, but I remember the character. He had long hair and a scruffy beard and he seemed to have a thing for Elaine. It might have been the Festivus episode. Anybody know?

Oh I was confused. That guy from OTB. I thought you meant a character named Jack Black. I dont think that was him.

The character was named Charlie I believe. Dont think it was jack guy though.
