Many have thier lists of favorites. Critics. Fans. Stars. But little can agree on the one single greatest episode? As diehard sitcom fans, we should able to be objective and pick the one episode that best represents the quality of this classic sitcom.
What do you all think?
Here are 10 popular shows. I know some of you might have others in mind, but please try to pick the best out of the list offered.

From that list I chose The Chinese Restaurant, based on it's classic "about nothingness."
The Parking Garage has similar qualities in that respect.
I enjoy watching The Opposite.
I have other epis on my top 10.

I chose The Chinese Restaurant...I thought it was so unique to do an entire episode in one setting.

How did you come up with that list George? Is that your top 10 list? I could not vote for the Chinese Rest, its lack of Kramer takes it out of contention in my book.
I would vote for the Soup Nazi out of that list. Nice appearance by Newman and Bania in that one. Also a classic "get out" shove by Elaine on Kramer.

I got most of this list from TV Guide's publication of the Viewers' Top 10 in 1996. I added "The Yada Yada" because it aired after the publication, winning an Emmy and coining a new piece of Sein-language. The Boyfriend was named one of TV Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time, so it is definitely eligible. The other 8 were all on a list voted on by previous viewers and are still remarked upon by critics today.
My vote goes for "The Contest". It is essential Seinfeld and clever writing to keep the episode in good taste...sort of.

Sounds like solid research George.
The Chinese Restaurant gets my vote....Simply because of George's story about having to leave Tatiana's little apt just before sex because of the "Unstoppable force" in his bowels. Good stuff.......

I'm sorry to go off the list, but The Junior Mint is one of the best and probably my favorite.
Classic Kramer with the wood in his apartment and at the hospital.
Jerry and Mulva.
George and Home Alone and triangle boy.
Elaine flipflopping with triangle boy and her sucking up.
And the whole mint incident, of course.

I forgot about that episode. That one is great. What was the part of the female anatomy that Dolores rhymed with?

Uhm, keep in mind there was a lawsuit over that very question. And with the legal minds in here I am going to avoid answering it ;)

The Soup Nazi will always be my favorite! That's how I picked my screen name! Jerry and his girlfriend drive George crazy by calling each other "Schmoopie" !

Oh, there's way too many - the Soup Nazi, the Chinese restaurant, the one where Jerry dated a woman who Newman had dumped (), SERENITY NOW!, the Merv Griffin set, the Bubble Boy, the bro/manziere, "ya gotta SEE THE BABY!!!!" I could go on and on...

Over on my blog
List22 (http://list22.blogspot.com)
You can read about what I think the best 22 episodes of Seinfeld are.
My top pick wasn't on the poll
The Marine Biologist
Just everything about it is perfect and at a time whilst the show was at the peak of it's powers
For the record the top ten are
10. The Beard
9. The Jimmy
8. The Limo
7. The Opposite
6. The Cigar Store Indian
5. The Mango
4. The Hamptons
3. The Race
2. The Pitch/The Ticket
1. The Marine Biologist
I get into a lot of detail on the blog describing the main points, detailing why it's a great ep and recounting the best moment (IMO)
The Contest - it's one of my favorites

I like all the ones above. Yet, they are not my favorites. My favorite is "The Old Man."
Old man: My teeth!!! You idiot!!!
Yeah, dentures and garbage disposals result in something destructive!!!

It's too bad that "The Bizarro Jerry" isn't an option. Another very entertaining episode. :)

"The opposite" is my favourite from the list, but my all-time fave might be "The Jimmy". Too many classics to mention, as seasons 3-9 were all consistently excellent, but here'd be some other faves:
"The Seven"
"The Junior Mint"
"The Chaperone"
"The Switch"
"The Dinner Party"
"The Comeback"
"The Marine Biologist"
