Just to let you know I dealt with timb@packersfan.com and received the 23 DVDs within a week (I'm in France).
Everything looks great, quality is 9.5/10, with clean menus and titles for the episodes. Price was incredibly fair compared to the other ones I've seen and judging from the amount of work/time to burn the DVDs. Episodes are similar to the syndication but it's a must have for me since Seinfeld doesn't air in France anymore. And it's a great way to wait for the official release, hopefully next year.
