This lame show could do better.

Eve is a lame show. To all you people who say that it is not lame your just watch it because it is eves show. For the person who said platinum was not lame where is it today. Most of the actors on eve are from cancelled shows or have not acted in a while. If this show dose not come correct it would be where platinum is today CANCELLED. Most veiwers though platinum was lame thats why its not on today. I would rather have the parkers on for an hour instead of waching eve lame show she needs to stick with her music.:eek:

Hey, we are all entitled to our opinions, seems like yours is a little harsh! You're not a Eve-hater, are you? I think the show is good, and it seems like the viewers do also, since it has past the Parkers in viewers. Now, I like the Parkers too; but Eve's show is more fun and something different from Ms. Parker chasing the professor episode after episode.

Remember, don't hate the player-------hate the game! And Eve is playing it rather well.

I have to say that just because the actors come from cancelled shows doesn't mean a thing.

All the actors on Friends came from shows that were bad and eventually cancelled, some didn't even pass the pilot stage. Most actors have plenty of flops before finding something successful.

Her acting is getting a bit better or she becoming more relax. She seem a little stiff at the start of the show.

I haven't gotten into this show just yet, with certain shows it takes me a season. I didn't get into either Girlfriends or Half & Half til they were on the air for a few months.

Sharyanna i take back what i said about Eve not being a lame show. Her show is lame. I watched last week's episode & it was very boring. It's only a matter of time before this show gets cancelled. I see Biz Markie was the cable repairman on last week's episode.

This is the type of show that I have to lower my expectations for- it is in no way cutting edge or daring, Eve's character is whiny and petty and really not that funny. There's something very inconsequential about her like who really cares about this chick and her problems anyhow? JT seems to be preening most of the time and seems rather stuck on himself and the supporting players are the ones carrying most of the comedy, Brian Hooks and Ali Landry especially. I would say axe this and put either of them to headline another series but I don't even think either one has the acting ability to carry a series, they work better as comical supporting players.

This show could limp along for another season or so but in no way is this show going to go down in anyone's book as a classic of its era.

Watching this makes me wish that Tracy Morgan and Whoopi Goldberg were still doing sitcoms. Those shows weren't perfect but they aspired to be so much more than this type of show.

Eve's show does suck. Brian Hooks is funny but all he can seem to do is straight to video movies that are garbage hahahahahahahahahahahaha. What's been happening on here lately? I haven't watched in it awhile.
