Good pick of a lesser known character Commando8. (he also completely changed his appearance lol)

Of the four I would pick Kramer.

I'd pick George...he became more and more neurotic as the show went on.

George, he went from somewhat boring and normal to a neurotic shmutz to an angry schemer.

Of the Fab 4, for sure it was Kramer.

He went from living in PJs & "haven't left the house in ten years" to a super Hipster Dufus who's done everythng & knows everyone.

Jerry changed as well. He seemed to care about people's feelings in the beginning and then became colder. Kramer changed the most.

Early on, he was a cheapskate who still meant well to everybody. But as time went on, he became more and more selfish and dishonest.
